Never been to a store that made such a huge deal over something small. Rather than a customer going in to get a great experience with great customer service I was disappointed with the service I recieved from a cashier. The saying of "a customers need always comes first" doesnt exist at this store. The manager himself doesnt know how to take control of its own staff.

Some of the staff are just wonderful and then there are some duds. Recently I got over charged and when I challenged it the staff thought I was wrong even when I showed her their posted sales ad. I had to take a breather and hunt down someone with more than half a brain.

Horrible customer service. Employees are rude & not helpful at all. Bathrooms are always out of order, & if they are open they are extremely dirty. Would rather drive to the Dollar General in Oakdale!

Best prices in Escalon and extended hours in a town that closes up early. Open 7 days a week from 7 am - 10 pm.
