I had a great experience here. The wait was fairly long because they had a staff member not show up, so it two tattoo artists and one piercer running the show, and they were each with clients the whole time, but still made it a point to greet people as they walked in, and made sure they were aware that they were short on staff and it would be a bit. Most people stayed, and I think I can speak for all of us who were there waiting for piercings that it was worth the wait. The piercers name was Gregg, and although he seemed like he was a tad overwhelmed when he was up front by the amount of people showing up for piercings while trying to manage the front, and give his clients attention, once he took me into the back room, it was full, 100% attention on me. He made sure to thoroughly explain the whole process from when we picked our jewlery (which there was a good selection of, and it was being fully sanitized during this conversation, cleanliness=A+) to when it is completely healed. He made sure to answer any questions I had, and showed me a couple different placements on my nose, gave me the pros and cons of each placement, and let me decide where I wanted it. When it was time, I got very nervous (not sure why, i have 10 tattoos and several piercings already) he stepped back and said "Its okay, take as much time as you need, take a few deep breaths, I will step away, just let me know when you are ready" and THAT, to me, showed how focused he was on taking care of me, or whatever client he is with. He wasnt trying to rush it or anything, knowing there were other people waiting. When I was ready, he went for it, and it surprisingly didnt hurt at all! Felt more like pressure than anything, not a hard pinch like I was expecting. He cleaned it all up, gave me a bag of sea salt with specific cleaning instructions, a brochure with all the info I could possibly need- average healing time, date I got it, gauage of the jewelry I picked, greggs schedule with his email in case I have any questions. I was a very happy camper. I spent a total of a little over an hour there, when they are fully staffed I imagine it would take closer to a half hour, maybe less because it was pretty busy when I was there. I paid $40 and gave him a $10 tip. Highly Highly reccomend this place. Definetly my new favorite shop for piercings, Ill have to go back and leave another review after getting a tattoo :)

This Outer Limits is located at The Camp and is in the front right off Bristol. Its super clean and has, dare I say, feminine decor. At the very least, I can see how it would be more welcoming to first-timers and the like. I was sent here from Orange because they had the NeoMetal studs in stock. It has a flat back instead of a long wire that hangs down your nostril. When you look up my nose, you dont really see anything. Its great. I was greeted by Gregg who is very sweet and easy to talk to. He was really informative, clean, and answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed at all. For a nose piercing with the NeoMetal, I paid $55 +tip. Edit to add: I came back to have Gregg do my tongue piercing and, on another occasion, Jose Talon did my VCH. All professional experiences, high quality jewelry, proper placement and excellent healing.

I got my 3/4 sleeve started by Sara Fabel a few weeks ago and am finishing it up next week. Sara is a DREAM to work with -- she is incredibly kind, amazingly talented, and also tattoos super fast, which is always a plus. All of the other artists seemed really warm and friendly,, as well -- Outer Limits doesnt have the rude bro culture a lot of other shops do. Id highly recommend Sara to anyone just based on her art alone, but shes especially great for anyone looking for a more meaningful tattoo experience. A few little extra perks: Outer Limits is located in The Camp, which is an awesome spot to explore and have lunch at. They also take credit cards which is super convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and a beautiful piece to show for it. 5+ stars!

I got my belly button pierced at this place TODAY! Gregg did it for me and he was so kind and informative. I felt so safe. The place is clean and everyone is very honest! Someone admitted they are neither extremely cheap or expensive....BUT the quality to price ratio definitely is in favor of the customers. I mean, if you are going to do something to your body, you should invest good money into it. Anyways, the piercing didnt hurt at all and again, GREGG WAS AMAZING! Honestly, that guy has a cult following and I can see why....will definitely be back there in the future!

Exceeded expectations First of all shout out to Mario, he did a great job on my first tattoo when I was pretty nervous trusting someone to put something permanent on my body. I was really critical choosing a place to go to so I had already set my expectations really high. Point being, definitely exceeded them so Im extremely happy and definitely coming back here for my next, and (maybe) the next after that. Pricing is more than fair for the quality of work that i got.

Outer Limits creates a truly artistic experience for each customer. The artists are honest, personal, hilarious, and extremely talented. I came in with lots of unclear ideas, but Will crafted a beautiful piece for me with his honest expertise and commitment to art. The entire experience was much different than my previous experience at PC Tattoo. 11/10 would recommend/drag a friend to get tattooed here. 12/10 would recommend Will. 13/10 probably will be back real soon.

I have not personally been to this place, I called just to get some prices and information and the man I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me. If the person that is going to take a metal object and pierce through my body and cannot even be polite enough to talk on the phone in a nice way there is no way that I will ever give them business just from this two minute conversation I do not trust this place.

Ive been to this place twice for my own piercings and a third time for a friends piercing. They are extremely friendly and professional. As everyone else says, Gregg is amazing! Hes like some sort of zen master--I always felt calm and comfortable during the piercing process. Im already planning my next trip there. :)

Mario is incredible. I have had about 6 sessions with him and hes a great guy and a real artist. He talks highly of his coworkers and how much he cares about the clients. I came in with a loose idea and he took it and made it so much better. Hes done my whole chest now and i cant recommend him highly enough.

The first thing I noticed was how clean this studio is. I was quickly greeted and helped. Greg did my nose piercing and did an excellent job explaining the process before we got started. Once we finished, he thoroughly explained after care, follow ups, and what to expect.
