The owner of Northstate Auto is attempting to make the deal that my husband and I were displeased with, right. To the owner: In the future, I advise you to persuade your employees to make sure they give you your messages. Communication is imperative! Its the key to preventing situations like this escalating into such an ugly mess. All of this could have been prevented if we just received a return call from one of our many messages. However, Im hopeful that we will come to an amicable agreement. Thank you for working with us.

I was impressed with the integrity of the company. We agreed on a deal that included the things I wanted fixed, and I walked away wondering if they would take care of "the list" because I had to remember I was buying a Used vehicle. But they took care of everything we agreed upon and some! They held true to their word and I greatly admire that.. I will be back and will recommend their business to all those I am in contact with. Besides all that they are friendly people which is also a big plus

Terrible service. Its been over 3 months and still no plates or registration. We called and the lady hung up on us. I would not recommend going there to anyone! Check engine light turned on after it was bought, radio and windows quit working. He showed us how he turned the check engine light off. Youre better off buying a car/truck off the streets.
