I have to say im really disappointed with the last visit i had the other day with the store, because every other visit has been amazing. i had a problem with my kangertech pen vape, it wasnt smoking when i pressed the button and the guy working told me that it wasnt getting enough connection so i pretty much needed a new battery. so i asked him what his best, but cheapest battery he has, im not knowledgeable at all with vapes and he knew that so i assumed i could trust whatever he gave me because im a regular there. I told him i like the wall charging batteries, he gave me a battery and said its usually $60 but he would sell it to me for $50 so i jumped on it and said ill take it. As soon as i got back in my car and drove off i realized he did not give me my receipt, nor a wall charging battery, he gave me the battery that i have to actually buy ANOTHER battery to go in the batter that are an extra $15 plus juice and coils! i literally went straight back not even used the battery and hadnt had it for more than 5 minutes and told him i did not know he gave me this battery he didnt inform me it was different than what i wanted and he didnt give me a receipt and i want to either get a different battery, or my money back! and he told me no he couldnt do that but i could sell my battery online! this guys eyes were so red, he was so out of it, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! definitely does not value his customers! And the battery he gave me already died not even a full 24 hours later! and no way to charge it i have to buy another new one, he gave me a faulty battery, i just wanted to switch batteries THAT I PAID FOR and he wouldnt even let me do that! i have a feeling he may have pocketed my money because theres no reason why i couldnt switch batteries that i had just paid for 5 minutes ago, and did not give me a receipt. im very disappointing ive never had this kind of experience there, they are usually amazing! as long as he is working i will no longer go to that store!

Paradox offers a huge selection of glass including amazing pieces that others wont carry because of the necessarily high price, due to the amount of time and effort required of the artist to create such incredible, detailed, functional artwork. Aside from the valuable glass artwork( l have not found comparable pieces to compare the prices), the prices at paradox are competitive with similar local stores. In addition to the huge glass selection, Paradox offers a large selection of e-cig/vape devices & flavored liquids and other related items, many of which I have not found in other stores around the area.The staff is friendly and the service is amazing, provided by well-trained, knowledgeable people. On a couple of rare occasions (2 or 3 over the course of about a year), I have received service that does not live up to the high levels I expect at Paradox. Each time the service was below the extraordinary level which is their norm, my next visit has always provided an even higher level of friendly, helpful service, and they still manage to avoid the disingenuous, put-on-to-make-a-sale feeling often encountered at other stores. I was overcharged once, only by $1 on each of the 2 items, but unacceptable, and on my next visit, I got the same 2 items while only being charged for one. This is a great business with great employees, not perfect, no business is, but willing to make up for the imperfections, as minor as they are.

Today me and my girlfriend visited many shops including millennium smoke shop been wanting a vape box for a while E and KJ are some great guys best customer service I had at any shop I visited to day and hands down best prices I set my box up before I left E stayed open late just to make sure our vapes were running right and we had the right juices for us out if the huge selection they had there definitely wont be going anywhere else thanks again E and KJ

Ive been going to this store for my needs since last year and they know me even by name over the phone when I call. Their staff is amazing and I wouldnt even think of using another store. Ive tried to check out other stores but they dont have that welcoming feeling. I do wish they had a delivery service because I dont drive. But over all, hands down, the best products and the best customers service in town! Thanks guys for taking good care of me!

I had to take away 2 stars, because i was told that tobacco flavor is on its way out, but you guys are wrong 2016 award winner of the best E liquid company is Black Note. It comes from Italy it is expensive & worth it. The second best is Moonshine sold by Planet of the Vapes in Sacramento very good adult vape, meaning no candy flavor at all.

Very well ran shop... Adam helped me with a build for free after buying a 30ml of some juice that only they carry! Cant say enough about this spot! They also carry some of the finest quality collection glass, the one of a kind pieces are a must see! $! $! $! Best prices and willing to help! Do yourself a favor and stop in!

The prices are a little high on their juices and accessories but they are willing to match prices. They have a medium selection of juices but they are the top of the line (Suicide Bunny, Cuttwood), and expanding their wall of selections. The staff is really helpful and offer great recommendations!
