Im a huge Sonic fan, and Ive been to Sonic locations throughout the south and this is by far the worst one Ive ever eaten at. This is the closest Sonic to my house and work so on days that I need a quick lunch this is one of the few options open to me, and its sad that the service is so poor given its location relative to downtown Little Rock. Besides the rude attendents as has already been mentioned, the inability of the employees to receive an order then fill it properly is amazing. 90% of the times Ive been there my order was filled wrong, even after they read the order back to me right after I put in the order. Just this morning my wife wanted a regular Breakfast Bistro with bacon and they left off the bacon. I am a big fan of Sonics Breakfast Burrito, but this location for some reason NEVER gets my order right. Im not sure how they are made, but it looks like they take a sausage patty and just chop it up and put it into the burrito. Unfortunately they have a habit of only using about 1/4 of the sausage patty, I guess its to save money. Besides that I think they dont have any standards for the quality of shells that they use because 75% of the shells are stale. They do seem to be able to get the drink order correctly, and they dont seem to skimp on the flavors. The lids at this particular location are messed up more-so than usual and they dont clean the outsides of the cups before they deliver them to you, so ask for extra napkins when you order. The carhops usually dont carry napkins and get upset easily when you ask for extras and they have to go back inside. If you do order from here make sure to check your order before you leave, theres a good chance it will be wrong.

My office frequents this place frequently. I have stopped buying anything "difficult" because its always messed up. Having worked and managed a Sonic for 14 years, I can assure you that its not that difficult to make a cheeseburger with mayo and pickle only! I either always get one or the other. Today, i had cheese only, after repeating it 4 times. I will NEVER return to this store. The carhop was friendly and I always always tip, as i said, i worked Sonic for many years and still am involved with that store. If my people made things wrong consistently as this one does, we would have been out of business. Im tired of it. Ill go out of my way and lose more time and pay more to have my lunch, my only meal each day, correct! Managers need to pay more attention to what is going on, because even if you are busy, there isnt anything hard about making a cheeseburger right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is one of the slowest Sonics I have been to. I waited over 25 minutes for 3 wacky pack meals on 10/14/2008. This Sonic is on my route home and you would think it is for convenience. The fries are always cold and I never get any of the "extras" (straws, ketchup, mustard), when the car hops come out. They have to go back in which takes them another 5 to 10 minutes to come back out. On this occassion. My children were in the car waiting for their food and whining. The carhop went to the wrong car and was on her way back in the building until I called her over. We had no straws or any condiments. An item from my meal was also missing. I regretted asking her to go get it bc it took her forever to come back out. I would have taken me less time to drive to the other side of town and go to the Sonic there rather me waiting at the one on Broadway. It is safe to say I will not be going back. The one on Rodney Parham is also very slow.

When we first arrived, we pulled into a stall and pushed the red button. After waiting for 2 radio song lengths, no one responded so we went to the drive thru. We placed 2 seperate orders but only 1 of them was correct. They had to remake the burger 4 times before it was finally right. It was as if we were bothering them until a manager spoke with us, and he had to call the burger back twice before they finally fixed it correctly. After 30 mins of waiting in the heat, my daughter was finally able to eat. There was another lady there complaining about her fries in her chicken strip dinner. I cant say it was just a bad day, because Ive had to get a refund twice there for the same reason. I guess Ill stop being lazy amd drive to Col Glenn to have good service/correct orders.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to in my entire life. The employees are usually rude and disgusting to me. I have often seen employees hanging out with their non-employee friends outside while cars were piled in the bays. One carhop even asked me point-blank for a tip. One employee actually attempted to barter with me by offereing me something not related to the restaurant that he was willing to sell at a discount in exchange for "rushing my order up to the front of the line." Also, it takes a very long time for even the simplest order to come out. Never go to this Sonic. I think the problem stems from poor management because the flaws are things that could easily be fixed.

I have come to this Sonic for a very long time. I am not afraid to even take my girlfriend on a date there or just to pick up a late night snack or some amazing ice cream. Just went there around 12. The place of course was closing down. Got to the drive through, and my order was taken by Dewayne. Even though the kitchen had closed down he was very capable of just making sure I got my order in. I am very grateful of their hospitality and their warm attitude towards the needs of other people who order their food. This of course will be one of my favorite fast food places to go.

On Saturday 1/10/2009, the carhop who delievered my meal, took my check card and not only charged my drinks to my card, but she made two additional transactions on my card without my knowledge or permission. I would recommend to not allow any of the employees to take your check or credit card. They cannot be trusted. Obviously, Sonic needs to have a more effective screening process for their employees.

Left sausage off my sausage toaster. I ordered a sausage toaster sandwich but when I got back to the office there was no sausage on the sandwich. I tried calling but they apparently took their phone off the hook. I will never stop at sonic again. Their prices are sky high and their service is poor. There are way too many other places to eat. Bye bye sonic!!!!

This is the best Sonic in town. I eat there a lot because I work nearby. The service is top notch and they have never messed up my order. The staff are always very friendly. Wish they would add an option to tip on the touch screen though. I rarely carry cash and enjoy tipping great service.
