This place is terrible! The store claimed that a woman called in that day so they were down a man, but it is hard to understand how it takes 15 minutes just to make three small ice cream cones. Also, my granddaughter saw that they had rainbow sprinklers and cookie dough as a topping on there topping list, so she ordered that. Instead, the employee gave her these weird flower sprinkles claiming that this topping was the only thing they had, but when I looked over they counter, rainbow sprinkles were right next to those flowers! Then it is my turn to order. The did not have the ice cream I requested, so I got something else instead. In the end the ice cream was good, but after what we had just expurienced, no one cared.

So frustrating! I ordered a birthday cake for my niece and the day I went to pick it up, they tell me the person that makes the cakes quit and no one called to tell me. So THE DAY OF her birthday, I have absolutely no notice, no cake and have to find an alternative ASAP. Luckily Edwards Food Giant made an awesome one and was very helpful on writing on it for me.

Employee didnt even know how to make a banana split. Put 3 scoops of ice cream on top of banana and gave it to me. Had to ask for syrup and whipped cream.slow service!

Went in to get ice cream cone. Waited for 10 minutes and no body come to front counter to take order. Left and went to Kilwins downtown.

They dont accept orders to pick up on the phone. Dont always have basic flavors(Chocolate)!

Visited this location and out of milk for a shake but they had milk to sell in their case
