This store provides a fun quaint shopping experience in a rustic part of old Conway. It is chock-full of interesting and high quality items that you would rarely find all in one place anywhere else. The owner is...interesting...but he has never been rude to me and is always helpful and knowledgeable. The prices may be a bit steeper than some big chain retailers (hence four stars instead of five) but I shop here anyway because sometimes it is more about the shopping experience than the price. Great place to go if you and your lady friend have a free day with no big plans. My wife loves this place! PS You can always ask about return policies before taking the items home for a test drive and then returning them used.

This store is pretty great. It has a lot of kitchen gadgets, nice dishes and china, and nice cookware. Id say its mid to lower-high end every-day use cooking supplies and dishes. When we were there, a couple was registering for their wedding at the place, and had a set of dishes picked out. Its that sort of local kitchen store. That said, the store has *so* much selection for its space that the whole store feels crowded. Ive only been in the store a couple of times. I didnt have any issues with the staff, they helped when we asked questions and they accepted our payment with no issues.

They have some pretty nice stuff in there, although the price is prohibitively high. The staff are so awful, its ridiculous. They had two girls at the checkout and they just stood there for forever talking to one another and not serving customers. When they got around to checking us out, they were slow as possible, continued their own conversation. There was no courtesy. I wouldnt go back there. Its a real shame: with Walmart totally dominating Conway, small places like these have an awesome opportunity to attract more discerning customers. And they fail.

I attempted to exchange an item that had basically fallen apart the first time I used it. The person who helped me insisted on demonstrating to me with a knife blade how I could fix the item. He would not replace it. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased a better one. Rarely have I been treated with courtesy from the snobbish clerks. I love the store and location but hate the shopping experience.

Its a great shopping experience! A quaint shop with lovely tablesettings, great bake and serveware, gourmet goodies, flavored coffees, and gadgets galore. Cant imagine why anyone would prefer shopping at a discount store to this little gem! A great place for unique gifts. I love it and stop there whenever I am in town. A big thumbs up!!!

Not a lot of "kitchen" anymore, but they can order whatever you need and the staff is amazing. Unique gifts, phenomenal sales, and great selection of Tervis tumblers, Wubbanubs, and teas.
