Even though I know what I like and generally dont like to be bothered, they have non intrusively suggested some good cigars for me. Im used to the so called "pompous" attitude of other cigar stores and my attitude has reflected that. But now Ive warmed up to the staff and dont shop anywhere else. They have a nice selection and have all your cigar accessories. Also, I have never seen any stoners or crack heads.

Ive been frequenting Crescent for 5 years now, going every other week. The staff has never been anything but helpful and friendly. Plus, you dont have to mix it up with the dopers test-driving hookahs and buying crack pipes as you do at the other smoke shops in town. And, if you cant even spell the word "pompous" (see mtshaughs review), I can see how you might think people who can, are. Get spellcheck pal.

All of their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They willingly held copies of several magazines for me. Today I tried to get Wired magazine and they didnt have the issue I wanted. He suggested I go on line or Bookmans for back issues and even took the time to give me a web address. I feel they go out of their way for superb customer service and highly recommend them.

Excellent store, friendly with nice selections. If you are looking for cheap tobacco, this is the place! I got something called 3 Sails at about $3 per oz after tax. They call it pipe tobacco but its thin cut and smokes better than Top, but a tad harsher. Great deal! There is another one by the Ronstadt but I havent visited it just yet.

This place is extremely expensive, not to mention that a month ago we bought what we were told the best long lasting e-cig that didnt last more than 3 weeks, and when we went back to them, they BSed us about this being a design flaw in the product. Just tell me it stopped working, dont try to talk design with me.

These guys have always been the epitome of good service and knowledgeable staff...I only wish the rest of Tucson had customer service skills like all the guys that work here-6 stars for Crescent...glad theyre around

The best cigar shop in Tucson. Best selection of cigars around. They even have hard to find cigars that most shops dont carry. You have to see what they have to believe it. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I just started going again after about 9 months because of the pompus attitude. Maybe I only spend 50-60 but no reason to act all that. Guess I will go back to the other shops. It will be worth the extra miles
