The only reason Im even giving one star is because it is required in order to write a review. I am a loyal shopper at this specific location, as I live right across the street, and my experiences have always been pleasant prior to this evening. Betty, the manager on second shift, treated me and my little sister (who has Autism) with complete disrespect, while lacking the characteristics that someone in a management position should posses. She approached both of us in an extremely aggressive manner while we were in our fitting rooms... Questioning me in an accusatory manner on how many items I had and how I got into the fitting room initially. I let her know that I had six outfits and that the door was open and no one was around to assist me. She rudely grabbed the remaining clothes on the door that I had yet to try on and proceeded to tell me that she had the right to refuse service and to "hurry up" because she was going to kick me out in five minutes. She treated my little sister the same exact way, pounding on her door every minute (giving her a count down) and I had to calm her down because of her high anxiety. I am a local model and I shop at this location at least twice a week depending on the number of shoots I have. She continued to shout out empty threats all the way to the registers and when I asked for the stores manager she rudely replied that she was the manager. Im not sure if I will ever return to this store again and if I do, I will never go when she is working. Ive never taken the time to write a review, but she upset me this much.

This is a hidden gem. Purchased quite a bit of stuff and turned a decent profit for a weekend shopping trip. Plus, I lost something in there and ended up offering anyone who could find it $20 if they did, once these 2 kids found it, dropped the $20 with theyre parents and made their day! It was hilarious due to the fact that the item I lost was likely worth less than $1.00 although it was something I use on a daily basis and couldnt wait for one to be replaced so; ya, that was one fun experience! (HIDDEN GEM)

This is a fairly new location, so it its cleaner than average. Although there can be some parking issues at times, the location is easy to get in and out of and is also easily visible from Power Road. On the downside, there are no other thrift stores in the vicinity, so this one is often busy and it may be more difficult to "score" a great find here.

My dad bought a tv there for 75$ was told by the manager if it didnt work he could bring it back and theyd refund him his money. It didnt work of course so he returned it and they refused to give him his money back. Also the employees kinda just walk around in circles and ask each other what to do until the store closes...very daft.

Not picked over as some of the others. I came to try to find shoes for a man that we are helping with a wheel chair ramp. Because it was smaller store I didnt have much of a selection. But the store didnt look bad at all.

This is a brand new building in a nice neighborhood. Its cleaner than any other Goodwill I have been to by FAR. Its orderly, well lit, has a great selection and friendly staff.
