My roommates and i have spent a lot of money here at this store. We have also supported it since opening. We went in today for incense and a fidget spinner for my roommate. The owner sold him a fidget spinner that didnt work. So we walked directly back in to ask for another. The owner rudely said to fix it yourself, then proceded to ignore us. We have spent at least 3 to 400 dollars at this store since beginning of the year. My new opinion is to never buy anything from this store unless you want to support the owner that in my opinion is a bad person.

Ive shopped at nearly every vape shop in Tuscaloosa, Vapors is the only one I choose to shop at. The manager Nate is awesome and have become basically friends with the rest of the staff. If you havent been here your totally missing out, best prices in town on everything, and the staff is super knowledgeable on every product in store. Check these guys out, guarantee youll be as impressed as I was!

I arrived to the store at 10:05am but the store was not opened yet. The sign on the door claims that the store opens at 10:00 am. I waited about 10 min and in this time several customers showed up and some left. At 10:15 someone finally showed up but wouldnt allow people in until 10:30. This place may be a great vape shop but not opening on time is bad business.

The best. I have been going here for the past month and a half. I recently started vaping to quit smoking. It worked. They always help me every Time and they were very patient with me as a beginner to vape. Explained things I needed to know. Ive got the alien mod now and I love it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who vapes or wants to begin vaping.

I have ALWAYS had a great experience here!! I understand that a few people may have had 1 visit that wasnt perfect, but things happen. Someone may have been having a bad day....there alarm clock didnt go off...car trouble...things happen. I am a loyal customer, and always will be!!

Garbage service they dont know the diffrence between a bowl and nail employee told me they mark up 200% and there mods are all last years rejects really disappointed in this place wont ever be going back
