Earlier this year we purchased a new dishwasher from Albert Lee. We got really good deal on damaged in delivery model, nearly 50% off a $1200 dishwasher. It had a few dings and scratches that appeared to us to be cosmetic and according to the sales rep they hook up and test all units like this to verify everything is still functional. I took the washer home and attempted to install it myself, during the process I discovered a few pieces were missing after contacting the sales rep they provided me with the pieces free of charge. After it was installed I couldnt have been happier as it was whisper quiet and did an amazing job cleaning. Sadly after about a week we noticed that it was leaking. Initially I thought it was my fault on the installation. We let it sit for a couple weeks as we were busy and to let everything dry out. Once it was dry I checked and determined that a hose was a bit loose so I tightened it. After another week of use still water. This time I pulled it out and realized that one of the dings we all thought was cosmetic had actually broken a weld in the body and water was slowly getting pushed by the jets. I contacted the customer service and talked to Renee. She said since it was a open box it was unusual but she would see what she could do. She called back and they agreed to replace the unit with a brand new in box unit of the same model that they would deliver and install. They also said they would repair the damage to our cabinets caused by the water leaking. Despite some round about getting everything scheduled we got a new dishwasher, our cabinets were repaired and we plan on making our future appliance purchases at Albert Lee.

Avoid at all cost. Poor service all around. Started off with the delivery crew being an hour late past their delivery window. When they finally arrived the refrigerator was unpacked and a large dent was found in the door. Didnt continue to unwrap the rest of the refrigerator. Called Tukwila store and requested a new refrigerator be delivered, which they said would be about a week out. Store rep called a week later and apologized as the refrigerator was supposed to arrive that day to go out for delivery but when the shipment showed up at the Tukwila store the fridge was missing. He stated he would call back with an update. A week later still no response, so I called the Tukwila store and attempted to get a hold of our sales rep. Left message and he would not call back. Called a day later and he was busy with a customer so I was transferred to another store (common theme with the Tukwila store). The sales rep there said the refrigerator was back ordered and would not arrive for another 2+ weeks. At this point I said I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded in full. Sales rep would contact our rep we dealt with and have him do the refund. A week later we still have not been refunded. Will be speaking to management at this point. Ken West was our rep and unfortunately hes not as helpful as a previous poster indicated. Very disappointed in the service.

I thought Albert Lee Appliance Store would be too hoity toity for me. After visiting Lowes, Home Depot, and Sears we dropped into the South Center Albert Lee Store. They had more product on the floor than any other store we had been to. We found that we often were not able to look at the product we were interested in because other stores did not have it on the floor. The sales people were so knowledgeable and that felt good. There was no high pressure tactics. They answered questions and then left you on your own to ponder and look. We ended up buying a gas range, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and a dryer. The prices were competitive with other stores and always included delivery and installation. We had a very small imperfection on the refrigerator door. A call to Jean at customer service, a new door was ordered and has been installed. Everything is perfect. We are happy with all our purchases and do not hesitate in recommending Albert Lee Appliance to others.

Very dissatisfied with their service. When delivering the machine they "forgot" to put it on the truck so it wouldnt be delivered for another week but they still took my old machine. This is the 2nd time I have called for service on this machine and its just over a year old. The heating element went out and that took 5 days to fix. Now I cant even get them to call me back to schedule an appointment to have the drum looked at for the 2nd breakdown of this machine. Every time I call the the customer service department is "closed". I spent a lot of money on an Electrolux dryer and the extended warrenty. Now I cant even get them to acknowledge that there is a problem with my machine. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT buy any appliance from this store!

I spoke with Cliff on the phone and took care of everything - he was wonderful to work with. He had my previous purchases available to him so he knew the exact measurements and brand of appliances that I needed. Also, the two young men who delivered my appliances were amazing. They were so polite and so good at bringing the appliance up my stairs and hooking it up. They didnt even complain about the stairs! They also leveled out my washer which was nice of them. I dont want to leave out Holly who helped me on the phone and connected me to Cliff. She was etremely nice and patient and helpful. Thanks to all who helped me.

I wish someone would have told me to never to get my appliances at Albert Lee. They have the worst customer service. If you ever have a problem believe me you wont get a call back. You wont get a call back even if you call then 10 times. Its more of a headache and waste of your time trying to get your situation fix. Very extremely Very disappointed by this company. My next salutation is to write to BBB (Better Business Bureau) you should also if you have any problems. They need too fix how they handle business.

Just bought a complete Jenn-Air kitchen at this location from Dave Roller -- his customer service was top notch. He was patient, comprehensive and more than knowledgable. He helped us over the course of four visits as I researched the set that I wanted. Wonderful experience, and Daves attention to detail and willingness to help made the transaction and decision making seamless.

Awesome Staff, Awesome Warranty, and if you can wait, Scratch and Dent sale at the Albert lee Warehouse sale is Definitely worth it. Got my Washer and Dryer for 60% off, definitely had scratch and dents, but ehhh, they were cosmetic, cant see them from where they were installed.

Website listed USED appliances. When we came by, we saw Albert Lee carried no USED, but there were SCRATCH AND DENT. And they dents were BAD, and the prices were HORRENDOUS. I can get new at a big store like Lowes for the same price as their damaged product at Albert Lee.
