Just went to Sonic with my cousin. I havent been to Sonic in some time. Last time I went I remember my food being meh. But the cold slushes sounded good after grocery shopping on a hot day. We sat in the drive up spot for ten minutes before someone answered to take our order. The girl was short and not super nice, but honestly the place was freakin packed so it was understandable that we had to wait. I ordered a side that they then said they were out of so I ended up ordering the chili cheese fries and my cousin ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. She got a frozen strawberry lemonade and I got a watermelon limeade. We waited for about 20 more minutes before our food was brought out. They screwed up our drink order and they had to go back and remake it. The girl who brought our food was very apologetic though and brought her a giant drink to compensate for the mix/up and wait which was very nice. My cousins fries were cold, and my chili cheese fries were shriveled up and cold and the chili left a gross taste in my mouth. When my cousin bit into her double bacon cheeseburger, there was no bacon on it! And my limeade wasnt filled to the top. So basically the wait wasnt worth the food. The only thing I think that saves Sonic is their drinks and icecream. Im Sure the employees were scrambling because they were absolutely packed, I think that Sonics set up is bad. All in all, would not recommend. Only for the huge assortments of drinks/ice cream. Even then, waiting for over 30 mins isnt worth it. Go next door to Wendys for a frosty.

Let me start with the fact that I was really stoked that there is a sonic close to where I live, so we took the fam there for a treat a few nights ago. The order went ok, and the food got there promptly, and everything was accurate. I tried the fries first, and they were fresh and perfectly crisp, just the way I like em. My husband made some happy noises about his foot long dog and my daughter was chowing down into her grilled cheese. After getting her settled I finally get to bite into my pretzel bun dog and it was disgusting. The bun was pretty much dripping in grease all over, and it had split along the bottom. It was also kinda soggy, but Im not sure if it was the grease or the heat and moisture contained in the packaging. I ate it all, cause I was hungry and didnt want to cause a scene while they were busy. Let me tell you, my stomach hurt all that evening and all if the next day. Im never ordering that hotdog ever again! Also, my chocolate shake was great.

I am disgusted. I arrived at this establishment for lunch last friday, and expected sub-par fast food slop. What I received was far worse. I pulled into an empty stall, In a lot full of empty stalls. I waited almost 10 minutes before I was attended to, and when the lady answered, she barked "what do you want?" at me! I proceeded to order one chicken dinner, One supersonic burger with chili, and a drink. After waiting over 40 minutes, some old lady in a blue shirt came out with my food, gave it to me, and asked me where her tip was. I told her I didnt believe in tipping, and she left with an attitude. Upon inspecting my food, I found everything was cold, the tots were stale, the bread was hard as a rock, the chicken was dry, my burger was a disgusting mess that tasted like it was made of salt, and I received no napkins. My ice-less root beer was ok though. Dont come here. The food and service are both disgusting. I recommend the Churchs chicken next door.

We love the food, but the service needs work. We have recently been to the Sonics located in Lacey on two separate occasions. On the first experience, we kept seeing other customers come and go. When we questioned how long it was taking. We were advised that some how they had given our order to someone in the drive through. On the second experience, again, we observed customers come and go. We watched an employee leave and return from break. The employee upon returning questioned why we had not recieved our food. Another employee mentioned they have been training people. We were finally told the reason why it took so long was because of the boneless chicken wings. I believe they could have informed us about the wait if it was in fact the wings that caused the long delay. Upon getting the wings, they were not hot and room tempature. Not sure if I will be coming back, due to the service.

This place has so much promise, but I stopped going. The staff feel undertrained and disinterested. They have so much staff that they trip over each other. There is usually a crowd of them on break in the dining area on the patio. Im not sure why they should appear so overstaffed. It still takes way, way too long to actually get food, even in the drive thru. The food isnt as good as other Sonic locations. Its especially disappointing for me because I grew up with Sonic back in the Midwest and always stop at Sonic when Im near one. But I dont go to this one, the one closest to my home and work. Im very familiar with Sonic in general and this one is a great disappointment.

We went tonight and had a 45 minute wait just to order and another 15 minutes until we got our food. Everything but the onion rings were fine. The onion rings looked like they were scooped from the bottom of the deep fryer so my wife went to ask if we could get them remade. The manager was mumbling under her breath and never acknowledged my wife. Another employee had to respond to my wife because the manager seemed to be too incompetent to do so. Not the Sonic experience we are used to. We wont be going back. And just remember that for every 1 person who says something negative, 4 others wont say it but have similar experiences.

Steve is awesome! He helped me out so much and even checked up on me on his break. Good sugestions, it was my first time here. Sooooo i ordered 4 differnt boneless wings, super fresh and crunchy. Good buffalo wing and pinapple habanero. New pit stop on my 100 mile plus drives. Only a 3 because the drive thru is not well maned or broken. Stalls are a roulette about them working. The poor employees are having to go outside in the rain becuase idoits hit the mics. If there is no response to the red button, call them on your cell and you will have help right away.

Not very happy with our service here. First off, we go to order outside and sit down. The girl was having such a hard time getting our order correct. So if something was wrong on our order she would come out look at the screen, laugh a little and say sorry. There credit card machine outside wasnt working, so I walked up to the front. And they were just standing around leaning on stuff and talking and playing grab ass with each other. Food wasnt that great either. I found a hair in my BLT... Not to pleased with our experience here..
