Dream Machines is AWESOME. Tom and Rudy were great. I think the guys name in service was Joe, he was very helpful as well. I went in one day after realizing I spend more on gas per month in my Dodge Durango Hemi, then I would if I bought a bike, insured it, and filled it up too. So I was a quick buyer. I went in for a specific bike, Tom informed me that he was already selling it and directed me to another that they just took in from auction. I liked both of the bikes, so I worked a deal out with Tom and bought it within something like 3 days time. Financing was quick, rate was good, no brainer. None of what had happened up until this point was really exceptional. Just what you would expect when you buy a motorcycle from a used dealer. Without all of the pressure. Well, a few days go by, and the rain hits. I didnt ride for three days. Got back to my bike, and it wouldnt turn over, wouldnt crank, nothing. So I went to auto zone to test it. Battery was good. Hm.. Then i noticed my speedometer(aftermarket, but came with the used bike) wouldnt turn off when i powered down the bike). Turns out the speedo was broken. Dream machines replaced it quickly for me! and even *gave* me a plug in battery charger!, Thats right they gave it to me. I know they only cost like 40 bucks or so... but they still gave it to me. The deal was good. The level of service was AWESOME. and I got some freakin free stuff. All the while everyone who I contacted always replied quickly (especially Tom, who I bugged a lot! Sweet. Thanks Tom (sales) Rudy(finance) and Joe?(service) for being excellent. I love my bike.

I bought from Dream Machines for the first time 3.5 yes ago and just recently, 1wk ago, bought another bike from these guys. Both times I could not have been more pleased with the knowledge and customer service given by the staff (John, Aaron and Dave). Being an automotive technician at a dealership I can appreciate what these guys go through on a daily basis and the hard work involved in making every customer walk or ride away with a smile; it seems as if they do it every time. My newest purchase (2010 Street Glide) had an intermittent audio issue, dropped it off on Tuesday and by lunch time Wednesday it was diagnosed and parts ordered, no charge to me. The whole staff at Dream Machines are proud to stand behind any bike they sell whatever the brand. This is why I will always refer my friends. Easy, no nonsense and hassle-free sales and financing----just the way it ought to be.

I am non-resident, I have been to this store last year after purchasing a 2001 harley through e-mail to receive it. As I have purchased other motorcycles online before and collecting it my self from other stores, this store "Dream Machines of Austin" surprised me with their friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of my bike am picking, comparing to other stores. Looking around the condition of other bikes in store were not less than mine, everything was in good condition. The documentation were completed smoothly and I was ready to roll in few minutes... Craig there helped me insuring my bike to ride it for over 3,300miles till I shipped it out to my country without any single problem. Am still in touch with Craig and Dream Machines of Austin team, since they are always cooperative and doing honest business. recently I bought more bikes for my friends and my self.

If youre reading this review youre on the right track. These guys are exactly who you want to work with when buying a bike. They do exactly what they say and when they say theyre going to get you the best deal, they mean it. I came from Houston down to Austin to pick up my scout because these guys beat every single dealership in the Houston area. The most impressive thing to me was how quickly they had my quote, it took Burns and Rudy all of 30 mins to come back with numbers for me. They also saved me thousands of dollars in financing interest without putting a little in the top for themselves, thats the differnce when going with a volume dealer. If youre looking to buy new or used these guys are the ones you want to do business with. Good people, straight forward and most importantly trustworthy. Dont just take my word for it call them, you wont be disappointed.

Bought my first and only bike about a month ago at Dream Machines of Austin. I bought a 2000 Road King with 28K miles and completely loaded with add ons, I could not be happier, it runs great and is super clean. The process was was easy, the people were great to work with. Craig Sweeden was the sales rep and he was easy to deal with, knowlegable, and a great guy. I have reccomended all my buddies to drop by and check out their inventory. I had one or two minor issues with the bike when I got it home, called Craig, and was told to take it back to them. They replaced what needed to be fixed with new parts and in record time at no charge. A real class act group of people, and a great place to do business. If you are looking for a clean, used bike, do yourself a favor and go by Dream Machines of Austin and ask for Craig.

great place to buy a bike. My husband bought a bike from there and than two days later so did his father. And than our brother in-law bought one too. great prices on great bikes. the only thing i can probably say negative was that my husband bought his bike in november and in february he wanted to trade it in on a different bike and they offered him way less than what he paid for it, even though we had done a bunch of upgrades. no hard feelings by any means though because they really are amazing people and sell amazing clean bikes. and my husband loved the fact that all the bikes had prices and that you could just browse and sit on them without being pressured. great experience and great people. thank you Dream Machines for giving us a lifetime of memories on the great bike we own!!!! you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!

Never had bad experience with the sales dept, but the service dept is complete joke. Dont get lured in by the cheaper than dealer prices, you get what you pay for. For even minor service be prepared to leave your bike for days at a time and fingers crossed that even taking their sweet time that its done right. I brought in my front wheel with the tire, off the bike at 9am and was told I would have to leave it for a couple of days...REALLY?! You cant find 15mn out of 9 hour day to swap a tire for a customer thats purchased 3 bikes?! Guess where I will not be bringing the bike to get the rocker gaskets replaced once I get the tire back on. Ill most likely start buying my bikes elsewhere too. I wont give my money to a business that lacks such standards in their service dept.

(Original review, Mar. 2017) Fantastic! All the way around! I was originally looking at a much older bike, but Tom Burnz was able to get me onto one that I really preferred; a 2008 Road King Classic! I was approved quick and got my ticket to fly down and ride it out! The whole team at Dream Machines was great! They sell quality bikes! I rode that rig out, putting 1500 miles on it in 5 days from Austin, TX to Utah! And my @$$ doesnt hate me! So great and so much more comfortable than any other bike Ive owned! Will definitely look to them first when its time to upgrade! ****Update**** Im 4 months further down the road and the rig is still running like a champ! 9,000 miles and looking at doubling that before the riding season is done!
