I have not used Advanced in a number of years and made a point to go to other retailers in the area. However being at a loss because I needed a part quickly I arrived at a neighboring location this evening. This store did not have the part but they quickly looked up the Whipple Store and sent me there. I have used many other retailers and they have never directed me to another store in their network they have always made me wait. This was a win for Advance. The associate at the neighboring store (Alliance) wrote down the part number so my time was efficient when I walked in. So happy about this. I will be going to Advanced more often!

Called around for an oil dip stick and Advanced Auto was the only place that had one in stock. I explained to Mike that the dip stick on my car was broken and I couldnt get it out, I asked him for suggestions on how I can get it and he explained one way to me and then said he will take a look to see if he can maybe get it out. He worked at for a min but finally got the dip stick out. It was awesome of him to do that! And it kept my hands from getting dirty. Thanks again Mike! Keep up the excellent customer service. I will use Advanced Auto again for further auto parts.

Only reason I gave 1 star is to comment. They dont deserve any star. They were rude and not helpful when I needed assistance for the fuse box. Yet on the signs they will install wiper blades and battery etc.... I asked if they knew where AutoZone was because I knew they would assist, they said they didnt. Upon leaving another customer assisted me and gave me a escort to AutoZone(which was only 2 miles away). I will never come back here again.

Why would you hire someone at the auto parts store that knows nothing about any of the parts. Something as simple as a battery terminal makes no sense to me. I continue to be unimpressed with going into AutoZone but its the only shop close to me

Incorrect parts for my vehicle. Car torn apart and no parts to fix it. No apology just empty stares. Will not do store credit without a receipt. Such a waste of time and bad customer service. Go other places if you can.
