I was interested in a Acadia that was listed on their website. I inquired about it, and received a call during which we arranged me to test drive it the following day. I told them I was coming from Buffalo (about an hour away). When I got there, at exactly the time scheduled, I was greeted by Mike who mentioned "oh you came from Buffalo, right?" yes thats us. We sat down with him and at first he didnt quite know which car we wanted. Once he located it in the system, he went to get the keys and get it warmed up (in my opinion, that should have been one of the preparations made when you have customers coming in specifically for a vehicle--but ok) After a few minutes he came back and said "you wont believe this, but that car is the demo model driven by one of our managers, and hes not here" My jaw hit the floor. I drove AN HOUR TO SEE A STUPID CAR and they couldnt even make sure it was on premises even though they had arranged the visit the day before? Ill never go back. I wouldnt anyway, but if they cant even take the time to make sure the car I wanted was there, then their actions indicate they dont care about the customer experience, at least not someone coming from a different region. I couldnt have been more furious with my experience, and I have not felt more unappreciated as a customer in my entire life.

We went Doans tent sale to look for a car. Vincent Epping was our salesman. When we told him what options we wanted in a car he walked us to a Buick Regal. It had everything we wanted. He didnt pressure us to buy something we didnt want. He was very knowledgable about the Buick and other cars also. When we decided to buy the Regal we went to the do the paperwork and Vincent went to take care of more customers. We had to wait a while because it was very busy with other people that had purchased cars. Vincent saw us waiting and took the time to start the paperwork with us even though it took time away from other possible sales. We are very happy with the Regal and very happy with the way we were treated that day. We have already recommended Doan and Vincent to our friends and family.

I have worked with Doan in the past always having great experiences and yesterday was no exception. I have been driving a car for the past 2 years thats been giving me some problems and was ready to be done with it. Yesterday morning I contacted Al Vieira and within 2 hours he had me in a new car. Not only did I go from a 2006 car that I still owed money on, he got me into a 2015 with no out of pocket money and a payment not much more than I already had. Today I have my new car and couldnt be happier. The service was fast, convenient and exceeded my expectations. I was looking for help and he went above and beyond. Everyone should get their next car from Al Vieira if they want a great experience! Thanks as always to Doan.

I have been a Customer of Doans (along with other family members ) for over 10 years! I recently purchased my 2017 Lacrosse from them, through Tommy Kress. From start to finish, the experience that I had in completing this purchase with the dealership and Tommy, was exactly as I thought it would be; no stress, above board and always a "can do," approach in making me feel, that I was in the proverbial : "drivers seat!" Doans Service team from John right down to Scott, made my decision to purchase another vehicle from them, a no brainer, because I knew that Service after the Sale would be no problem. I just graduated college and got a full time job so I knew that it was time to go get my first car. I looked online and found the doan tent sale and showed up on the first day. I met a guy named Al Vieira who helped me pick out a fantastic jeep. It was a 2015 Jeep Patriot. I was shocked at how helpful Al was to my specific car needs. He was able to help me find the exact car that I wanted at a great price. I thought it would be a lot harder, being my first car, but Al made it so easy! I couldnt have gotten any luckier. I went to Doan for my first "dealer" buy and I could not be happier with the experience. It was way easier than what is usually expected with transactions like this one. Al Vieira helped me in the process and his customer service was unparalleled; offering a lot of knowledge and honesty. He really listened and was able to find for me exactly what I was looking for- without hassles or pushiness. Very patiently showed me the features and prior to driving off, connected my phone on bluetooth. Im loving my car and will certainly go back in a few years when Im ready for a new one. Great Prices and Honest Salesmen! They worked with me and gave me a quote over email. :) (I appreciate that, because many dealerships refuse to.) Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else! (When I contacted other dealerships, many said that they couldnt even match the price.) When I came in to do a test drive it was an easy process. They were helpful and not pushy. Also, when I didnt get the level of financing that I was hoping for, they worked with me even further! Lastly, there was parts of my deal that I failed to get in writing, but they honored them anyways!!!

Purchased used car and before I signed the papers for it I heard a squeak driving it around so the computer could reset. Told the sales person same and she told me to take it to service. So I did and Sam told me service said nothing was wrong. Signed the papers for the car and heard the squeak again took it to service and they miraculously found an issue with the break pads and wanted me to spend $300 to fix them. Ive had nothing but problems with the car and Im always told to speak with Sam who will just ignore you. Terrible place Ill NEVER go back or refer anyone to them

Review update as promised! Used car manager took care of my decutible on my warranty and put me in a rental for free! Car wasnt buffed as promised from original sale or touch up paint wasnt provided as promised by sales rep! Car is covered in acid rain and road tar! ***i am hoping you guys offer to re-doll the car! Grant promised it was going to be three staged polished it wasnt! I should of not taken delivery like that! But he was professional and very kind! Made the process quick! Joe used car manager also made it very easy.

I went to this dealership,my sales rep Josh was really nice,but didnt follow through,was told he would give me a call the next day never received a call from him,the scheduling person called to follow up..about my visit..but still no follow up from my sales rep. This is so disappointing,this is the reason why I hate going to big dealerships. So I decided to just spend my money on just making my current car look brand new...I will NEVER I repeat NEVER go back to them or recommend this place to anyone
