I had The most unpleasant experience with this dealer ,two weeks ago I bought a Nissan 2015 From American Auto Group or Dalls Auto .the salesman name Shah or Ahmed claimed its a very good car and it has never been in accident .I paid him $11,000 cash once I drove the car on the highway after 45 MPH there was a rotational noise and the steering wheel was shaking as I increase speed and the noise gets louder .I called Shah to report that. he said take it to the dealer and Hes willing to return it with full money back if something majore on it . I took the car to Nissan dealer they found out that the car was in major accident , the left front wheel has major impact damage that bent the wheel and the wheel bearing, also the left side of vehicle has been smashed and door skin have been removed ,welded on and causing the left front door to not seal causing wind noise and possible water leaks. However replacing all of that will coast at least $3,268,94 .next day I made an appointment at 5 :pm with him to return it I drove almost one hour and twenty minutes and didnt show up and didnt pick up the phone . After several calls he picked up and gave another appointment next day at 11 am . He deducted $300.00 and that wasnt the agreement. This guy made me cry and put me under so much stress .Please Be Aware!!!!!!

If I could give this group a 0 I would. Absolutely do not buy from them, they are scammers. They sold me a car that had been in a minor cosmetic accident that they fixed, but it had actually been in a major accident and the whole back end had been worked on. They also said the processing system was down so I did not have to pay the processing fee, but it meant I had to get registration in the next five days since they could not give me the traditional 30 day temporary registration. They did this so I would change the title into my name before the car started to have problems so they could not give me the money back I spent on the car when I returned it for the left wheel going out. They tried to tell me I could not return the car, but when I threatened legal action, they changed their mind. They were Iranian foreigners and I believe they were working with illegal work visas and that is why they did not want me to take legal action. I lost $2400 on this scam purchase and do not want anyone else to do the same. They lied about the carfax and even have 4 different names! They are called city auto group, american auto group, Dulles auto group, freedom auto group! Stay Away!

Dont buy cars from this dealer! All the cars are crashed rental cars with frame damage, that is why theyre so cheap. The sales guy Alex said it wasnt his problem that I didnt do my research on the car before putting a deposit down after I found out through AutoCheck that the car had been in an accident. He gets away with it saying the Carfaxes are clean, and they are. Thats why its best to check AutoCheck as well (what insurance companies use, run by Experian the credit score company) I told him Id be taking it to the mechanic before purchasing the car and he said fine within a three mile radius, and called the next day to say he didnt want any problems and luckily he would be returning my deposit. He did this because he knew the mechanic would inform me of the damage. He also said his mechanic checked the car and the control bar is twisted (frame damage). So this guy knows exactly what hes selling. Dont tell me bc or my compliant this is the first time his mechanic looked at the car. Hes full of it. Stay away! This company also goes by the name American Auto Group.

Most Dishonest person Ive ever met in my life. I regret ever doing business with them. They let you test drive their cars with no license, but restrict you to only stay on back roads nearby. Test drove a car that my wife loved, 10 mins after buying the car noticed a huge safety issue only noticeable at high speeds of 60 mph and over (steering would pull hard to one side randomly). Tried to return the vehicle and Shah assured that only the shocks needed to be replaced. He replaced the shocks a week later than he initially said. To make matters worst, check engine light came on two days later after we were driving (catalytic converter). One month later car wont start (ECU/PCM). Paid 7000 for a vehicle and repairs will cost me 3100 to get the work done. Crazy, a little less than half of what the car was sold to us and American Auto Group Inc./Dulles Auto Group refuses to help with any costs or take their vehicle back. Never again will I buy from a private dealership. I dont know what country they are from but they clearly do not have any ethics.

It has been almost two years since I bought a used Hyundai Elantra. Appeared to be a good price. Dealer did tell me the car had been in an accident. Appeared to be nothing wrong. Daughter just got into an accident. Took car to auto body shop and found that the reinforcement bar was missing from the inside portion of the bumper. They just slapped the plastic bumper on. My daughter slightly bumped a car but because the reinforcement bar was not present resulted in a lot of damage. As a result, the insurance isnt going to pay for the damage to the radiator and other parts that should not have been damaged. They shouldnt be selling cars that havent been repaired properly. When I went to the shop they said the owner just bought the business a year ago. Then they said they couldnt be expected to know all things that could be wrong with a car. They either arent careful in looking over the vehicles they sell or they dont care. I didnt see a lift in the shop so Im not sure what type of inspection they do.

Buyer Be aware ,Dulles auto group is American auto group by changing names they think they can foul the customers, this Shaw guy is a classic example of shady dishonest salesmen , they buy auctioned off severely damaged rental cars ,somehow carfax still clean and get them cheaply fixed , we went to take a look at the 2012 Toyota they had advertise way below market, when we took the car for test drive we stopped at gas station to take a closer look the entire front end of the car had been replaced, paint work every corner of the vehicle , the guy tells us he knows nothing about the accident, before buying a car form these guys take the car to dealer to get it checked out. Trust me it will save you in long run.

So I almost bought a car from them. Everything looked clean and perfect until I tried to get car insurance on the car. The car insurance said they couldnt cover a car with frame damage. I was soo confused because the CarFax was clean. Turns out the car insurance company uses AutoCheck which is more detailed. So I bought an AutoCheck report and it showed that the car had been in a major accident which resulted in frame damage. When I called them to inquire, I was just brushed off. THANK GOD I didnt put the down payment on the car like I wanted to because they said it would be non refundable. They seemed nice but soo unresponsive when I asked about the frame damage.
