My experience at the Cigar Inn, The first day that I came to the Cigar Inn was 6 years ago and I will never forget that day, when I walked it I didnt know much about cigars, and then Billy one of the owners, took me to the humidor and started explaining me about cigars and sold me my 1st box of Lot 23 Perdomo, I was very surprised by the knowledge Billy has with cigars, since then I have been coming to the Cigar Inn, Not only is the atmosphere amazing, but the people that you meet there is even better, it really is like a family. If you need a haircut, you can get it, if you need a hot shave, you can get it, if you need a massage, you can get it. In the mood for a steak? You can order it and one of the lovely girls of the Cigar Inn will bring it too you, In the mood for a cappuccino, they will gladly bring one too you. This Cigar Lounge is like no other lounge in New York, nor any lounge I have ever been too. Check it out for your self and you will become part of the Cigar Inn Family!

I first came here, nearly two years ago not knowing a thing about cigars. Billy took the time showed me everything I need to know about cigars, from how they are made, developing my pallet, maintaining my humidor, and what to look for when buying. Between Billy and his brothers Gus and Bass, you will not find a more knowledgeable or more helpful tobbocnist. The shop can get very crowded and noisy during the evening, especially when there is an event taking place, but regardless if you are white collar, blue collar or no collar, everyone its made to feel welcome and on the level.. The humidor its well stocked and maintained. It may not be as huge of a selection as Cigars International, but its damn near close and you wont find a bad stick at all. If its in there, theyve smoked it, and like it. They also have a fine selection of accessories from lighters, cutters, humidors, and more. Bottom line, best cigar shop in NYC, period.

I have been coming to the Cigar Inn (Midtown) since its doors opened in February 2009. I know the Fakih brothers from the Cigar Inn (Uptown). This place is truly amazing. Not only it is one of the largest cigar stores in New York, it is the best place to unwind after a hard days work. The lounge area, surrounded by numerous lockers, is very inviting, with multiple televisions for your viewing pleasure. You can be a complete stranger walking in off the street, and by the time you leave, it will have made a plethora of friends. Oh, I failed to mention...the beautiful women that work there are very accommodating. They are there if you require something to drink, order food for you from any of the restaurants in the area, and will always have to time to sit and chat with you. This place is home away from home. I recommend this place to anyone that smokes cigars and want to relax.

Best part of NY trip!! Loved it!! I would definitely go to this place again.. I went initially to Club Macanudo but was told I couldnt stay as I had dress shorts on.. It was 90 degrees in the evening!! I was then referred to Cigar Inn by friends.. I loved it!! Was a great place to enjoy a great smoke.. Cigar Inn is a BYOB place so feel free to bring something to drink.. Also, plenty of places locally that deliver food in so you are covered there as well.. There is a wine place next door so if you forget to bring something no worries.. The no label cigars were great as well.. As an avid Cigar Smoker and frequent visitor to my local Corona Cigar Bar in Orlando, FL, this place was like Home Away from Home!! Décor was excellent and staff was so professional. Best place to relax and enjoy a great cigar!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

This place "The Cigar Inn" is definitely something that you should be "IN" for. it’s an amazing outing, but in the same time its still feels like you being in your own home. with the customer service of the owners the 3 greatest brothers in NYC, and then the quality of the cigars, the "house-blends", the space itself, the couches, the TVs, the music, the DJ from time to time, the parties every now and then, and most of all the environment, which is the people, great people, which is like one big family and welcomes everyone that walks in the door, the hostess that comes around for drinks and the ashtrays and the sharing of there smile, and what else? The barber/hair stylist Ermina where you can get a haircut or a shave with a straight edge “old-style” babe!! While smoking your cigar.......

I walked in to buy a few cheap cigar cutters to put in my coats and bags, I wanted to cut a cigar I had in my pocket with it & light it out of the wind, and be on my way. Before I even fully took it out of my coat pocket I heard - "its not from here, you cant smoke that" I tried to make a purchase and be on my way. what would they done If I walked in with a cigar? Made me put it out? In a cigar lounge? Granted the tone was polite. Yet the whole attitude wasnt, you would think in this economy even a small purchase of some cheap items is good. apparently not good enough for them. Thumbs DOWN even though the place looks nice, and has a decent selection [higher prices than barclay rex or JR, mind you]. Not recommended.

I have traveled all around the World and always try to find a local smoke shop where I can hang out and shoot the breeze and relax. I do live very near NYC and I am in the city all the time with work. I have been going to Cigar inn since it was 1/3 of the size it is now and it is undoubtedly the best anywhere in terms of being unpretentious, comfortable and welcoming with a great selection of gars. I have been smoking their house blend recently and it is not only a great stick, but a great price. They also have the best of the best but regardless of whether you spend $8 or $800 you are treated as a valued customer. IMO skip the Club Macanudo - go to CI!!

While visiting NYC a friend took me to The Cigar Inn for an after dinner relaxing smoke. The experience was very pleasant and atmosphere was great. The staff was extremely accommodating and patrons were cordial. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Jason (master barber) who pointed out the barber shop and shoe shine facilities. I must say these are phenomenal amenities, that will keep me coming back whenever Im in the area. The only downside was its a popular spot so initial seating maybe a challenge. However, the experience far exceeds the downside. Thank you for the intro "lil sis"

Used to be a great place to hang out. Usually go with a group of guys (talking 1015) and some spirits. Always bring a few newbees, I cant tell you how many became aficionados. Most in the party will smoke 2 or 3 sticks (except the new comers) but the new 2 stick min. for all in the party just to drink, will definitely put and end to that. Mind you most of us are smoking sticks that range from 15 to 20 bucks. Weve since found other places to unwind.
