Bad service,attitude. I went over to the store to send out a box with one small stuffed tow and couple of dora backpacks and a few crayons and coloring books which my twin nieces had left over when they visited me. The guy behind the counter Mark, was extremely unfriendly. I wanted to walk out of there but decided to go ahead and ask him about the package. He said it would take 4 days to chicago and decided to proceed. He weighed the box at 14 pounds and he said it would cost $33 and change. I asked him if it was the cheapest and being in a hurry asked him to ship it. I come back to my desk and look online for a similar sized box and weight and the cost online was $13.80. Even if it was a little more at the store it should not be 3 times the cost. I called the guy and told him I wanted to cancel and he said he could not as he had already processed it but I was welcome to take back the box. I asked him why it was so expensive and he said he put it in as a 33pound box and that is standard way of shipping. I called UPS and they told me it was a franchisee and all i could do was lodge a complain. I am disappointed and I am never going to go back to this store or any upsstore for 2 reasons. One their prices are riddiculous and two ups has no authority over them Very disappointed.. Bad service bad attitude ..

So apparently I received a phone call today telling me that they are not sure if they deliver the right package to my sister for her Christmas gift. The only thing that gentleman offered me was to refund me the service fee but informed him that I had placed a hundred dollar gift card in the package also a body wash set, very disappointed with this service and will not be using UPS again. The individuals name is Daniel and he admitted to me that he made that mistake, he told that he will rectify this mistake by having overnight shipment and this was on Dec 23rd and today is the 26th and the package was not processed till the 23rd at night and was dropped off on the 24th. Also how can my sister gift end up in Ohio and it was suppose to go to North Carolina. This is outrageous and this individual needs to be reprimanded, from the reviews i see this is not the first time he has done a mistake with packages. This really gives UPS a bad name when individuals like this make mistakes. Also the second and third phone call he didnt offer a refund which i believe i should get because I did not get what I paid for. I am still not sure if whoever got the package for my sister was honest and place everything back. So now i have to wait to verify if everything is there for my sister.

I would definitely recommend this UPS Store . They were very helpful at the moment I entered the store. With 2 bad reviews , I can understand that some customers will always have a moment when their satisfaction wasnt completely met. However , the gentlemans that are working at this location are very cooperative, very professional in their own charismatic ways . Even with simple packaging, they assisted me and absolutely satisfied my visit there . I would most definitely go back , and even for a short time visit , it was my pleasure getting to meet them and being assisted the right and professional way .

I see a pretty bad review from 3 years ago, maybe the employees have changed since then. I love this store. The two or three guys that keep the place running are out of this world in terms of personality and capability. I decided to get a mailbox here instead of a PO Box at the post office, and even though it was a little more expensive, I dont regret it at all. The guys run a smooth operation, they are always friendly, and Ive never had any problems. Keep up the great work.

Overpriced, Not Helpful and No Returns. This UPS store charged me $10 for a small shipping box. When I realized how much they had charged and went back for a refund they refused to give me one, and they also gave me a hard time shipping an Amazon return.

Employee with goat tee unorganized, unprofessional. The whole store was covered with haphazardly thrown packages. I use UPS for corporate shipments weekly, but would not recommend this location.
