I used to really like this Rite-Aid. They filled prescriptions pretty quickly and accurately. It was a nice place to do some shopping. That all changed with the closing of "Zacks Pharmacy" (a little over a month ago). The store is always crowded. The lines are ridiculously long (including the drive-through). Most of the new customers dont seem to understand that this is NOT Zacks and they do things a bit differently. The worst part is that prescriptions take 3 times as long to get filled and are not always filled accurately. Multiple times my wife and I have been told that a prescription would be ready in an hour or two. Usually we give them 3-4 hours and the prescription is still not ready. I dont blame the workers there. I think they are doing their best, they are just over whelmed. There is a sign at the pharmacy counter about standing back in line for privacy (which I appreciate), but now they put a second register there and you have to stand elbow to elbow with another customer. What kind of privacy is that? Hopefully some of these problems will be resolved in the near future. Right now my wife and I are considering changing to a different pharmacy should these issues continue.

Very bad place to get your prescriptions they didnt have mine they said it would be there the next day they still didnt have it that was on a Wednesday and they said they wouldnt have them till Monday not a good place for people getting a prescription I would put a zero but the Stars wont let me

The pharmacy is very slow. The workers (not all) are condescending and rude. Prices ring up wrong a lot. Cant wait for a new pharmacy to open up.

Pharmacy rarely has perscriptions ready. They also claim to not get perscriptions from doctors regularly.
