Let me start off by saying that Ken the store manager and Tammy the sales person are good, honest and sincere people. Our problems go beyond them! We purchased Lazy-Boy furniture 1.5 years ago. Along with the purchase we did the extended warranty as we were told if the furniture fails in the next FIVE years that it will be repaired or replaced. Well a year and a half into it both the love seat and couch power recliners are tipping in. When you sit in the seats you fall in towards the middle of both pieces. Not something I would expect to happen with a $2500 purchase and the brand name recognition. We have been through the gamut of having warranty come to inspect and even at one point re-stuffing one of the cushions. The last inspection yielded a response of that is how it is because your wife sits funny in the chair. Well she doesnt sit in the other 3 recliners and they are all doing it. As a matter of fact I travel most of the year so the furniture rarely is sat in except for my wife in her chosen chair. My problem is with the warranty department and the lack of customer care skills that they have. In my business the customer is always right and we make sure they are happy at whatever the cost may be. In the past 2 years we have spent $6500 at Art Van with the intent of purchasing 4 new bedroom sets, dining room set and furniture for our 2nd family room in the next year. Guess what? ART VAN WILL NOT SEE ONE MORE SALE FROM ME EVER! EVER EVER! AGAIN! Im as loyal as they come, never dicker on the price and love to do business with people that I trust. You have lost and will never earn back my trust! I would not recommend doing any business at any of their locations because the end result is disappointment.

Had what I thought was a great experience in the store picking out a new mattress. Sales guy was very nice. I first asked if my bed could be delivered that Saturday, the salesman joked and said that was extra. He then told me it could be delivered Friday. I stood in front of him and called my mom and asked her if she could stay at my house for the delivery. Finally I agreed to Friday. I confirmed this with him before going to the desk to sign my purchase agreement. I then confirmed the delivery date with the girls at the front desk. I never got a delivery confirmation. Friday I ended up having to take off work and staying home all day waiting on my mattress. I finally called the store around 7 and was told my mattress was scheduled to be delivered Saturday after being on hold for over 20 minutes. The store manager, Eddie, insisted he would get this straightened out but could not promise me that my mattress would be delivered first thing next morning so that I would not have to wait around all day for my mattress. He asked if I got a confirmation call and I said no. Eddie told me he woukd call me himself first thing Saturday morning and that he would work out some kind of compensation for my wasted time and their mistake. Next day I get a call from the salesman that sold me the bed insisting that I agreed to Saturday and that he meant to call me Thursday evening to confirm my delivery but didnt. He then gave me a 3 hour window estimated delivery time. So here I sit wasting another day waiting for them to deliver the mattress I paid for. I ignored the Google reviews and decided to give this store a chance. Dont do the same. Go to a different location.

I will make this as short as possible. Purchased 6 Treasure Parson Chairs in April 2016. In September 2016 one of the Treasure Parson chair legs broke. Called Artvan to order a replaced leg. Rep advised me that the chair leg would take 4-6 weeks to come so I placed the order and paid for the replacement leg. I waited 6 weeks to call and inquiry about my order and was advised someone picked up my order I advised the rep that I dont have it and no one could have picked it up. Finally the rep advised me the leg hadnt come in yet and give another week for delivery. I called back around Halloween no leg but was given a made up lie to get me off the phone. I called around Thanksgiving no leg but given another lie which included the ordered would be there December 19th. (You guessed it "NO LEG"). So I called back on December 20th (you guessed it "NO LEG") rep advised it would be in at the end of December. Well with that being said I became very upset and tired of the run around including the lies that I was told on other inquiries. Now the rep just advised me that the leg is coming from overseas. Its funny how you can get a whole chair in two days but a chair leg takes 6 months so I guess I can expected the replacement part in the summer 2017. I will never shop Artvan again. Customer service makes up lies to get you off the phone and management really has no answers or just dont give a damn. They dont call and give updates you have to call them and listen to some made up excuse. Ive shopped at Artvan for years but will never shop there again. Thanks Artvan but you dont have a "LEG" TO STAND ON WITH ME!!!

Horrible, horrible delivery service and customer service. After waiting several weeks for a back ordered dining set, I had to cancel the first delivery because of their inflexible delivery schedules. Upon delivery, the crew brought in new wood chairs that looked like they have been sitting in a warehouse for years. He said "They are a little dusty" with a look that said "sorry for your luck". No effort was made to even wipe them off. Way to excel in your job. After most parts were brought in, they realized they were missing the table legs. After days of waiting, I finally had to call them and was told I would have to schedule another delivery and wait at least 5 more days for the next available "1 day window". I decided to pick them up (and inventory the box myself). After picking up the legs from the store and assembling it myself (with no available instructions), I found I was STILL missing pieces from a mysterious box 2 of 2 that the warehouse guys say didnt exist. Seriously. Get your $&!+ together. Signed, Art Van customer no more.

Terrible customer service and manager was incredibly rude! Was told that our furniture would arrive between 8-12 and now its 2 to 5:45pm. We never set an afternoon delivery, we set a morning delivery at the store. Manager was nowhere near helpful. Didnt even offer compensation for wasted time off work. Manager said that the salesman scheduled our time but he was nowhere near after we picked our furniture and we left the store without even talking to him. We were at the back desk where we scheduled an appointment time with the clerk and we also did the contract and paid some money there. But he refuses to take our word for it and was arguing back with his beliefs. I will never be a customer at this store again. I dont know how they are still in buisness and I dont know how these people even have their jobs.
