I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter and found a 2007 Toyota Corolla at this dealership for the advertised price of $6995.00. I called to see if the car was still available and spoke with Sam who said the car was available. Sam also explained that the car was Maryland inspected and in perfect working condition. The only issue was a small scratch on the rear bumper. I told Sam that i was very interested in the car and wanted to take it for a test drive.I also explained that this would be a cash deal..no financing needed. Sam asked me to call first because the cars sell fast. So I called the next morning beginning at 8 a.m. and never reached anyone until 11:30 a.m. when I was told the car was in the shop for motor mount replacement. I waited all day for the car to come back from the shop and was told at 5:30 p.m. that the car was ready but the price would increase by $255.00. I was floored...the old bait and switch. I didnt want to drive 1 hour or more in holiday traffic to see the car that evening so, I arranged to see the car the next day. But, while I waited all day for the car to be returned from the repair shop, I located another car, same year with less mileage but more expensive but decided to check that car out before going to my 11:30 a.m. appointment with Direct auto. I still had a bad taste in my mouth about the price increase so when Alexandria VW agreed to lower the price to $6679 from $7500, I decided to buy the car from them for a much lower price and 3000 less miles!!! Sam offered to sell me a 1 year warranty plan for the discounted rate of $595 because they raised the price on the car....WHAT!!! So the plan is to get me to spend $595 more money in addition to the $255.00 price increase. Scam...BUYER BEWARE!!!

Just want to say thank you!!! I waited 2 months before leaving a review to make sure I was completely satisfied with our new Mustang. Im in sales for a living. These guys are not your typical high pressure dealership. Ive purchased my share of cars and usually you deal with sales pitches by salesman who know nothing. If they are lucky they know what they read in dealers brochure. Then get passed to a manager who talks out the side of his mouth that also knows nothing about cars who couldnt tell you how to change your oil. Not here these guys are car guys first. They know cars!!! Sam was no pressure tell it how it is kind of guy. Gave the info I needed to know about the car then gave us room to check it without being all over us. Came back after a few minutes and handed us the keys for a test drive. I had been looking with my son for a few months but never found a car that met my standards. He indicated they he selects a majority of the cars in inventory himself and that this Mustang was not an exception. That he is picky and if the car doesnt meet his standards he wont sell it. He was right, we came back from our test drive and this car was it. Amazing condition and at a very fair price. Its a small lot but all the cars were clean and in great shape. The guys working here make you feel comfortable and make it hassle free. paper work only took 30 minutes. Well worth the visit. I will be back next go around to see them again.

My grandmas old Ford died on her, and she needed a new car, but shes on a fixed budge, so our options were limited. She lives in Maryland, but we initially tried going to a dealership closer to me in Virginia only to find out that MDs inspection requirements are a lot tougher than VAs and not all of the cars sold in VA would pass MD inspection. A friend of mine recommended this place because they have a good selection of cars at reasonable prices. I met with Jay who was extremely understanding of our situation, and helped us find a car that not only works for her budget, but that will be reliable for my grandma into the foreseeable future. Not having to worry about whether it would pass MD inspection was a huge stress reliever to me, and helped my grandma regain her independence.

they told me two banks accepted to finance the car i wanted. i made a small deposit on it and i was to come back in two weeks with my full down payment and additional information they said the "good bank" with lower interest needed, but they decide to sell my car in less than the two weeks we agreed on and told me the bank that approved to finance my car in the first place changed their mind. what an excuse to give. i dont even know why i trusted them in the first place. i thought they were honest. they run my credit affected it and didnt even get what i wanted. i just walked away with my cash i will get another car somewhere else. hopefully no body else goes through what i did.

Working with Jay was fantastic, he is a small business owner, very military friendly, and very laid back. He specializes in cars under $10,000 with low miles, perfect for someone looking for their first car. When I got onto the lot I was looking at one car, but he recommended a different one that he knew I would like better, which I did. He had a very no pressure attitude and it was a very pleasant experience, and that is why I bought my car from Direct Auto Access.

Just bought a car from this place a week or two ago and I wanted to wait until i knew the car was in 100% great shape! It is! They care about the customers wants and needs! Theyre awesome. Cheapest place for cars youll find around here. I am very content with the service and car given to me. 10/10 would recommend this place.
