If i could score a zero i would. I had flowers delivered to me as a surprise. Well the surprise was that most of the flowers looked dead, wilted and pitiful. When i was sent the picture of what the arrangement was supposed to look like...i was horrified for the man that sent them to me. The arrangement compared to the picture online lacked multiple flowers, and was mostly greens. Not only was it lacking flowers, the flowers in the arrangement were mismatched colors. Think a light pink lily (ONLY ONE, not the FOUR pictured) 2 peach roses and a RED rose. How, in anyones right mind, does a dark red rose belong in an arrangement with peach roses and pink and purple flowers?! Not only was the arrangement horrific, but the customer service is EVEN WORSE. When i called to see about getting him a refund, or get a replacement arrangement made, the girl that answers the phones was absolutely rude and arrogant. When I told her how bad my arrangement was I was given a response of, "Oh Sorry, well do better next time." Next time?! What about this time? Insane to speak to an already upset customer that way. After speaking with a manager they were sending a driver out to pick up the flowers to send a replacement the next day. When i called out of courtesy after 2 hours, to be sure the driver would get here before my office closed, the receptionist at the florist immediately cut me off and stated that she didnt have control over how long the driver took. When i told her she came off as rude and condescending, i was met with a laugh. The workers and the flowers at this florist are absolutely AWFUL. Im all for supporting local businesses, but a local grocery store would provide better flowers and customer service.

I ordered flowers through USAA because I was in the service. They use FTD and apparently this florist in Crofton to deliver. I ordered two dozen roses for my girlfriend for Valentines Day and I asked to have them delivered two days in advance so as not to get caught up in the mad rush. I called at 6:30 in the evening because I had not seen the flowers yet and I was told that they were out for delivery and would be delivered by 8 PM. I called at 8:06 because they did not arrive and I was told that they were delivered at 5:30 P.m. and that they would get right on it in the morning. They did not call in the morning so at 12 oclock I called and there was no answer. I finally did reach somebody later in the day and they said that they were delivered and that there was nothing they could do but as it turns out it was too late to get flowers anywhere so my girlfriend has gone without flowers for Valentines Day. I will never use this place again, I will never recommend this place to anyone whether I like them or not, this place should close their doors they are absolutely the worst business on the planet!

If I could relate this place a zero I would. Horrible. My sister had a bouquet delivered to me on my birthday. I was home all day. No one rang the bell. They left my bouquet outside in my driveway not covered. Mind you, theres a landing and main door on the side of the house that no one ever came to to deliver the flowers. My husband noticed the flowers later that night when he came in from work in the driveway. They were wilted and not what my sister paid for. She complained to 1-800-flower and they contacted me. They were suppose to pick up the bouquet and redeliver another the following day at 5pm. They came at 6:30pm without another bouquet and to pick up the wilted delivery from the day before. I have tried several times to contact a manager and every time I call I get hung up on. Do not patronize this business. They are incompetent and you will not be satisfied. My sister is filing a complaint with 1-800-flowers today!

I wish I could give them 0, my husband sent me a flower arrangement for my anniversary and I cried. This was the same florist he used last year and they sent me a get well arrangement for my anniversary. Only 3 of the roses had bloomed and they were wilted. The rest had not budded, very upsetting and embarrassed because they were sent to my job. I return the flowers and she asked if I would like a new arrangement, I told her my surprise is already ruined and that we will never use them again. But to tell me thats the way the flowers came in, they should have called my husband to offer him something else, Thats really sad to send something out of your company that looks like that and then to make excuses.

Ordered flowers for my mothers 70th birthday online and this is the local florist they chose to do the arrangement. Not only did they give me the smallest size when I had ordered the largest, the bouquet that shouldve consisted of ONLY lavender and light purple roses arrived full of YELLOW alstroemeria (a flower without any fragrance, clearly used as a filler), 4 bright pink roses and some pink stock. The only thing that was the same as the picture online was the purple vase, which then didnt match the yellow and pink arrangement at all. I couldnt tell my mother, but I am so disappointed by the flowers she received. For over $80 I expected at least the color scheme to be correct!

Ordered through FTD, paid for upgraded number of blooms- picture represented with FTD shows twice to three times the number of blooms. Also, FTD states you will be contacted for delivery within 24 hours- they never called my mom- they left the arrangement outside in 90 degree heat. My Aunt was a florist for 35 years in Glen Burnie, never would she have delivered understated number of blooms, nor would she have left an arrangement outside without calling to schedule a delivery as stated- I paid almost 120.00 for an arrangement I wouldnt have paid 24. For at a grocery store. I will be disputing the transaction and filing a complaint with FTD. Terrible.

I ordered a corsage for my wife as we were chaperoning a prom. I was suppose to pick it up at 3pm. They closed at 5pm but I showed up at 6:30pm. I was super late. They were closed but still in the shop making flowers for the next day. They were very kind and opened up and gave me the corsage without attitude. If I had gone anywhere else and showed up 1-1/2 hrs after closing I am sure I would not have gotten my flowers.

My mum (in England) sent me flowers as I was sick. When they were delivered the flowers were half dead. I dont have the heart to tell her but at some point I will recommend that she doesnt use this florist again, or i will reach out to FTD. I dont know why any professional florist would send out a dead and dying arrangement, it is the biggest let down when someone is trying to do something nice. ...

This place is a joke. I placed an order to be delivered to my wife on her birthday. Needless to say they never showed up. I called the number listed on the email receipt multiple times over 2.5 hours with no answer or answering machine. I should of paid more attention to the previous comments. Dont disappoint a lady; order elsewhere.
