I paid for a tune up July 2013, took my Jeep back in August because it wasnt running correctly and they told me that unless my check engine light was on they couldnt do anything. Took it back two more times with the same response. Finally took it to another dealer and come to find out they didnt perform the tune up. Jeep still had the factory wires in it. Call them back to ask them what happened and if they would reimburse me for having to take it in and actually have it worked on and they said that they would only make it right if I brought it back to them!! I dont think so, you had four chances to get it right, why in the world would I ever trust you or your company again. I will never buy another car from them or take my car there to be worked on. Maybe this is why you have changed your name so many times.

Since getting my car, this is the dealership that I trust to work on my car well. The service department has gone out of its way to look at my car when issues have occurred and be flexible with my schedule. As a college student for most of the time Ive had my car, I greatly appreciated the flexibility. The staff is friendly and provides detailed reports about my car when brought in. I have never felt forced to make a decision to fix something, but been given a full report on my car. The decision on what I choose to do then has always been freely given to me. I appreciate the hard work the service department has done for me, and I do not mind driving out of town to receive great quality service.

Rex Demoss general manager of Motor Inn is clearly an incompetent leader of Motor Inn and cares more about protecting his cousin who manages the service department than caring for his customers. Instead of trying to work with me when I disagreed with his service department, he told me I could go to another dealership. I highly recommend you not do business with Motor Inn under this manager and his poor customer service skills. # motor inn #poor customer service #incompetent general manager

T Hoch and the rest of the Motor Inn staff have been nothing but good to us. We bought a pickup from them in July of last year and refuse to go anywhere else. Their service dept has been good to us as well as the body shop after we got hit by a tornado in November. I recommend anyone to go talk to T, hes not the type of salesman to pressure you into buying a vehicle you DONT want.

The service department at Motor Inn is ridiculous. They shouldnt even call it "service." I am having a problem with the ECM on my 2007 Suburban and called to check into service in the issue. However, because this service department is so inept they told me there is no service or issue for this problem. A two minute phone call to Pella Motors and the problem is already fixed.

Back story. I have a prior repo and awful credit. Went in one day and talked to Jason (I do things backwards) within a week I had a new car that hits all my requirements with payments that I can afford and can pay extra on. Ill be back to trade in next year! And theyve been wonderful to my boyfriends sister as well! Definitely recommending you guys to everyone.

This business clearly does not stand behind its products. I bought a truck there and three months later I had to to spend $13,000 to repair it. The only response from the business was though luck you should have bought the warranty. Save yourself a bunch of hassle and buy your car at a place that cares about their customers!!

i DISAGREE!!! I went there, told Rex what I wanted my payment to be, He found me an awesome car with bumper to bumper warranty for less than I had anticipated. I have never had any trouble with there service dept. In my opinion, Rex is one of the best and my experience with motor inn has always been positive

They charged me $409 to do an oil change and replace my fuel filters. I was a little shocked. I recommend going somewhere else.
