My name is Vivian Germani and I was traveling in the United States in September with my family. My daughter is 7 years old and discovered the LOL doll and fell in love. We ran several stores behind this doll and when we entered the Orlando International Premium Outlets, we found several "LOLs" in the kiosks that are in the outlet, my daughter went crazy and the vendors offered LOL, like LOL, at a price of US $ 15.00 . We bought her first and her godmother bought another for her, in a different kiosk, she was beaming. At the time of opening LOL she noticed that the doll did not exist in the list that comes with LOL, thats when we realized that this doll was pirate, and the packaging, which is identical, is written LQL, subtly. She was devastated, but we did not have the purchase note anymore and I did not really believe that a place of this size sold pirate products. I felt injured, cheated and very angry. I would like my money back but without the note it will not be possible and Im leaving on Sunday. Im feeling extremely injured!

Orlando International Premium Outlet is a lovely place to shop, whether you are a vacation maker or a resident. With a wide variety of stores and brand dealers like Guess, Michael Kors, US Polo Assn, Skechers, Childrens Place, Gymboree, Ann Taylor Factory, GH Bass, and lots more, you will have a great flexibility of shopping with pleasure and lot of brand options to chose from. There are also many places to chill out and refresh in-between shopping. Consider going for ice creams, Starbuck coffee, pastries, eating in the food court, etc. Surely, you will find something to buy for the kids, like snacks and toys. My kids love those bubble makers. You do not have to go through the stress of dragging or carrying your kids around because there are kids strollers for rent at an affordable amount for the whole day. Transport is easily available if you dont have your own car. In all, you will find so many things to see and buy; and also enjoy a pleasant and fulfilled shopping experience.

Traffic around and in this shopping center almost led to a felony in the parking lot, and at least a misdemeanor definitely took place. A minivan driver took his turn entering a line of barely-moving traffic, and the driver of the sedan, whom he got in front of, apparently thought it was NOT his turn, and got out of his car to yell at him. The level of traffic congestion is enough to drive you crazy. We spent 20 minutes looking for a parking spot. This place definitely needs a parking structure and increased police presence. Knowing how many people in Florida have guns, Im just glad I didnt have to witness a shooting. When we did manage to get "inside", to shop at the Disney outlet, which has excellent deals, we went in very near the store, but because of a map apparently mounted upside down, we went around about two-thirds of the complex. If you have to go, bring refreshments for the search for a spot in the parking areas. And try to keep a cool head on your shoulders.

UPDATED REVIEW.... EVERYTHING WAS WAYYY OVERPRICED!!!! ALTHOUGH STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL... 1 shower leaks A LOT, but by the time they offered a new room we were more than halfway through the stay 2 when asking about extending our checkout time(which was allowed) it now apparently depends on what room you are in...??? 3 free drink refills in parks but not in hotels (specific prepaid cups only) 4 went to spa (which is only at the hotel farthest from ours) for a buzzcut....$60.00 !!! 5 our room was pretty far from lobby... but at 2am children were yelling and screaming ...i had to get up to complain to front desk after family was woke up 6 the use of mobility cart was not accommodating (rented daily through parks only). Hotel didnt inform us of alternative to this which would have saved us more $ MANY MORE THINGS TO LIST BUT IM NOT GOING TO BE SPITEFUL. WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN? I THINK NOT!!!

This is a super-sized outlet! We stopped there early in the evening and I wish we had given ourselves more time to explore. It was a bit difficult to find a store directory and dont confuse yourself by thinking the names you see on the outside of the buildings from the incoming roadways and parking areas even remotely tell you where those particular stores are! They dont. One member of our party wanted to visit the Victorias Secret outlet, so we parked in a lot close to where we could see the store name on the building. Turned out the actual store was a good distance from where we thought it would be and we only discovered that after walking in the wrong direction trying to find a Store Directory sign. Lols. Overall, its a really fun place with a lot of traffic.

A lot of stores but merchandise quality is not great. I do not recommend going here to buy hip clothing, sunglasses, watches and less essential items. Good place to find basic-style clothing and shoes, though I did find a good handbag selection in popular stores. In most sunglasses and watch stores the products looked damaged and one salesman even tried to sell a pair of damaged sunglasses off the books, explaining the store (which I will not name) wasnt exactly authorized to sell products that were in that shape. I was pretty offended by that proposal. Nonetheless, I still plan on visiting Orlando Premium Outlets again in the future because if you actually find something that is in a good shape, it is usually worth the price.

This outlet is always extremely busy. If you are looking for a close place to park, you might be in for a long wait depending on the time of day/year. I usually park far away and just walk. Being in Orlando, this outlet gets a lot of tourists shopping for deals. My wife and I always laugh, because there are people that buy suitcases to load up their purchases. I guess the exchange rate must be quite good, because the tourists from other countries buy anything and everything! Speaking of deals, you have to be careful and not get wrapped up in the shopping. There are definitely deals to be had, but not everything is cheap here. Some things are about the same price as other regular stores.

This is a nice outlet to shop at and hang out all day. My wife and I have been here many times but this time we left early and this is the reason why. There are people that sell things out of these little booths that are sitting in the middle of the shopping outlet stores. They badgered my wife and I so bad trying to get us to buy their products to the point we just left because we got so tired of them begging you to buy their products. There was one guy that was literally running behind folks and screaming at them to come to his booth so he could sell them a cruise. Its very annoying, I wish they would just leave people alone.

Simon Silver Sands Premium Outlet opened at 9 am each day of the tax free weekend this year. This was not the case for the Simon International Drive and Vineland Premium Outlets. I suppose serving the larger population that lives in Orlando and the over million tourists who visit this time of year was not worth opening at 9 am. I would say once again Simon management is serving its own interests in locations where sales are lower rather than serving customers in all locations equally.
