The HomeGoods section is always a mess. Even during a Reward Member event there are peoples used coffee cups on shelves besides the merchandise. This coffee cup problem is not a one time thing...every time I go I see at least 3 cups. The aisles are too small and the items are crammed in within one another (and the garbage). If you are going for the HomeGoods,I suggest taking the trip up to Vernon or hopefully the soon to open Southington location will be better. I am not sure how it could get any worse.

The layout of the store tries to maximize its space to cram items in rather than make it comfortable to pursue aisles. It is always a busy store with many people clogging the aisles as you try to move through. Lines can be really long at times, but to their credit, the staff has almost all registers going to keep the line moving. Parking is tight, so if you find a close spot, grab it!

I bought a winter jacket for $174.oo and the zipper did not work. Because I lost the receipt, they tried to refund it as a store credit, based on a marked-down jacket for $99 with the same brand name, even though it was a smaller jacket. I cannot take the risk of purchasing defective merchandise there again.

If youre lucky, you can grab an amazing deal at Marshalls. Its not a guarantee every visit, but when it happens its great. Ive saved quite a bit of money. That being said, I hate the checkout process. Its unique to say the least. You sit in one line with everyone else. Cant stand it.

Yea I love going to a place and having to wait in a line longer than any other line from any store Ive ever been too in my life..., yea definitely worth it, Ill save a little money but stand in line for an hour !!! I walked in and walked right back out when I saw the line.

I have bought a few items in here, they have either fallen apart or became discolored. You have to check thoroughly what you buy. Sonetimes a discount doesnt mean you are getting a bargain.

Very important this place is very busy during peak hours. Long long lines out of the queuing area in to the store proper. But they move quick. Off peak hours shopping is highly recommend
