Several weeks ago I took my bike in for electrical issues for turn signals & modular system. I told Jerry that another had dealership had already told me exactly what part was needed. He told me they still had to inspect the bike and research it. I had no problem with that. Prior to taking my bike there I put my passager back support on my bike. I double checked to make sure it was secure and there was no damages. They inspected my bike they told me they needed to order the modular control system. Ok. I got home and discovered there was damage to the passager back support and there was electrical parts hanging out of the side of bike that the technician failed to put back in the bracket. I notified them about the back support and they gave a used one that damaged also and stated this one was better than mine. So I took it off my bike. Ten days later the part arrived according to a phone call I received from Jerry. I took the part home and discovered the package seal was open and busted on one side which is unexceptable for electrical parts. I took the part back to them. I told Jerry it was not except able and he promised to order me a new part. I got a call 9 days later that the new part was in. I picked the new part and I recognized it was the same package that someone tried to re-seal. I had put a my mo no markings on the old package and sure enough the they were on the so called new package! What kind of scum bag business is this place. I called the manager, Eric, to inform him of the situation and he began to quiz me on how I knew it was the same part/package. I told him Ive been a P.I. In this state for several years and saved the lives of 5 kids....I said to him am I stupid or am I just a so & so that deserves this kind of treatment?!?! He offered for me to bring the part back for a full reimbursement. I told him no way Im not coming back to your store 3-5 times behind a situation that his employees created. I took the part and my bike to another shop. If the part is bad I will call my credit card company immediatly! Dont go there!!!!!! Scum bags!!!

My friend and I went in to get some parts for his bike and the skinny older gentleman with a ponytail didnt really seem like he had too much time. Which is odd because my friend had been in there once before and bought a couple thousand dollars worth of parts. So when we are about to pay for a battery my buddy looks at me and says (you are United States Marine veteran) and ask the guy if we could get a military discount. The guy was some attitude ask me for my military ID as if he really didnt care for the military and I told him that I had not gotten one but I could give him the last four on my Social Security number and its the same thing that he would have to put in the computer. With some attitude the guy tells me (well if you dont have an ID I cant do anything for you). Me and my friend got the impression that he didnt like the military and wasnt going to do anything to help me if I didnt have the right stuff. So needless to say we wont be going back there and for the record I was considering a bike.

I have a 2012 Tri-Glide and the trunk lock broke. I called and it is covered under the warranty and was told it would take 2 weeks to get the part as it is keyed to my VIN number. 2 weeks go by and I call to check the status. I was then told that it is actually 2 weeks (business days) which is actually 3 weeks. So 3 1/2 weeks go by and I call to check the status..guess what!!! I and am told that the order was cancelled. Harley Davidson is creating a "newer and better" version and that it is MINIMUM of 30 business days before it will be in, but to be safe plan on sometime around Thanksgiving before the part will be in. I asked why I was not notified and was told that they check on orders that are flagged for back-order, but mine was not a back-order so it did not get noticed until I called .. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !! So I guess I am done riding until 2016 - what a bunch of BUNK !!! I had to give at least one star rating but that is WAY TOO HIGH !!!!!

Today I showed up for my appointment at the service counter around 10am, and waited 10 minutes for service-less manager. Then I realized he was seated on the couch behind the service counter, talking to two other bikers, without acknowledging my presence by looking at me or speaking. This came off to me as arrogance and rudeness, so I left. If this was the first issue with Mile High Harley, I would have let it pass. I bought a new bike a couple of years ago, and numerous issues came up, some of which we discovered on a recent trip: Wrong wrench used by their mechanic on my Trikes transmission, stripping the nuts threads. This was told to me by another dealer. Early on they installed a iPhone charger in the trunk, and didnt bother to test it. For their prices, they are way below professional. For the arrogance demonstrated by their service-less manager, they just dont care. Im looking for another service center and will bypass Mile High Harley.

I took my Ultra in to install some new handlebars. They said it would take a day and they would route the grip electronics into the bars. 4 days later I get the bike back and they removed a LARGE portion of the bars to get the wiring inside, (imagine a 1"x3" hole on each side of the bars next to the handles). Ive now got to come up with a solution to keep any water out from getting in to the electronics. On top of that, along with the handle bars, a new, longer clutch cable had to be installed and they didnt tighten the screws around the clutch release cover which in turn started leaking fluid. Left it overnight with them and a day later I got it back with all the bolts tighten up. Ive never had a problem with them doing general service over the past couple of years so I was surprised at how much of an issue it was to replace these non "Harley" handlebars. I guess the moral of the story is, if you have some custom work to be done, dont do it here.

I had plans to visit Colorado for two months and they changed at the last minute. My trip had an unexpected turn for the worse and I arrived later than originally expected. My hotel reservation had to be changed and what had started as an exciting trip to visit family was quickly turning into a nightmare. Thanks to Mile High Harley Davidson, I had an amazing time and the trip immediately turned back into a great one! If it were not for Robby, Micah, Duane and the entire Mile High Harley Davidson family; it would have been a total disaster. I am forever thankful that they went above and beyond to make me feel like family and turned my vacation back into a wonderful memory that will last forever!
