Really this review pertains to Verizon in general; not necessarily this location. Went in on 2/2/15 to upgrade to the More Everything Plan, as my daughter had recently been in for a warranty return on her phone (dont even get me started on the $300 I now owe, thanks to the USPS breaking the phone in transit), and was told about this Plan. A Plan that would allegedly cost me no more money out of pocket. So, I went in to see what the catch was. I was told the same, and I made it exquisitely clear that I did not want the new Plan, if in one red-cent extra came out of my wallet in any way, shape, or fashion (i.e. taxes, plan change charges, fees or what have you). I said, "If you can promise that, then Ill do the deal". Did it, and what do you know, my bill was $61 more, and I literally did the change within 12 hours of the billing period end date. Called CS to clarify this was not what I agreed to, and was told this was a one-time plan change charge, sorry I misunderstood, and my bill would actually be $234/month now; not my regular $205. I said, No, that would not be the case, and to fix it. I was perfectly clear on what needed to transpire for me to agree to this Upgrade, and was told no extra money would be extracted from my wallet, PERIOD. I was told it would take a few hours to fix my account. Fast forward to today, 2/12/15, and the charges remain. So I called CS again and told them to restore my previous plan, as someone cant follow basic instructions. Guess what, they did, and conveniently dropped off 2Gb of data from each line (4 down to 2), and charged me another full month pre-pay for next month, as this was another "Plan Change"; a bill now totaling $413. So, for something that was not to cost one red-cent more, Im out over $200 to fix someone elses hollow promises (plus another $300 for a phone the Post Office broke). Ridiculous. Told Customer Care (on my third call today), that they clearly dont value my business, just my $2,500/year. Like insurance companies - your best friend as long as the money is flowing from your wallet to their bank account, but piss off the minute you want some service! Companies all tow this BS "customer service" line of crap, but its all a farce.

Really should be a zero! This review is really pertaining to this store in general! This store can never help with anything, always turning me away, sending me off to go all the way across town or where I signed on to Verizon. Its the most horrible customer service experience ever! Every single time! I honestly dont know why this place exists! Ive never heard of anywhere not being able to pay your balance to upgrade to the new phone coming out and preorder the phone. Its really bizarre to me why they would even put a store out there that does zero for the customers! I got better customer service at the Costco kiosk! I really would love to be able to get great customer service in a local Verizon instead of being sent clear across town or to the place where I signed on to Verizon which is in another city! Most horrible experience ever!

The worst customer service ever experienced. My wife and I have made more than 5 trips to their location just to solve a technical issue in my wifes phone. The phone is still messing up nothing fixed in it. Even when they ordered a new device for her and after 10 days of waiting, they could not find the device they ordered. After wasting our time over and over, they found that the phone was not delivered and returned to the sender and asked us to contact the USPS to follow up! The employees look like careless. The waiting time is too much without getting any result or service at the end. I will never do business with this store and will definitely reconsider having wireless service with Verizon because of them.

I waited for an hour to upgrade 2 phones just so they can tell me that if everything went ok, it would take 45 minutes to complete but, they close in 10 minutes. Not even an Im sorry for wasting your time. I will do all my Verizon business online from now on. I try to support my local stores but, when this is the services you get, I will go elsewhere. On a side note, there were 3 employees walking around doing nothing the whole time I was waiting.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will never do business with Verizon again because of the complete arrogance, wait time and lack of knowledge these people have demonstrated to me more than once! I have now driven out of my way to visit other Verizon stores and have been treated 100% better. I dont know whos doing the hiring, but WAKE UP! I definitely will be cancelling all 4 lines as soon as my contract ends!

I went in to have a representative help me troubleshoot my phone, after waiting 30 minutes Leo was not helpful at all! He spent less than 2 minutes with me and his solution was to completely reset my phone, he did not try to do anything else, he didnt even take a look at my phone. Leo needs some Customer Service Training!

Best experience ever! Kenny is the man there. Came in and was immediately greeted and helped with great customer service skills. Found me a perfect phone for exactly what I needed and got me out in a hurry I will definitely be going back here every time I need something!

Eh... Its a Verizon store. Same experience everywhere. I will say the staff was all friendly, but they werent particularly knowledgeable about the products. I knew more than they did, but this is typical with most stores these days.

Zero Star! They cannot troubleshoot a phone problem. They pass your unit from one staff to another staff. My expectations of their experties are a total disatisfaction.
