Slowest pharmacy Ive ever used. I arrived at 5:00pm.(no one else in line) I pushed the call button and sent my prescription at the same time. After about 3 min a voice says "we will be with you in one minute "... well 8 more minutes past with Noone to check on what I wanted... ( I needed a drop off and a pick up) so I pushed call button again. Mind you a car in second line pulled up.. I tell the girl I needed assistance and made her aware of the time Ive been waiting. I was talked to rudely... finally after 5:15, she sends my meds up, without saying sorry and not one Thank you and not once did she ask if I had any questions about my meds.... worst pharmacy ever!!

James the pharmacist is our Angel...He was standing in the back preparing medication and over heard me talking to the clerk about an eye drop prescription for my 7 year old which was very expensive and as I was about to turn away when James asked me about the medication and walked out to show me a great alternative OTC medication I could try for my son..you could tell he cared!!!! He saved me over $100...Walmart you should be so happy ,James works in your pharmacy, ,,definitely bring my prescriptions here from now on because James cares!!!

I cant stand this pharmacy, Ive had this pharmacy totally miss the Rx my doctor called in and take 12 hours to fill it. Doctor called me a little before 9am to tell me hed called it in, showed up at 8:45 pm and it still was not ready! And on a sperate occasion I called in a refill and went to pick up up over 5 hours later and it STILL wasnt ready!!!

Walmart Pharmacy in Red Oak is amazing! I dont normally write reviews but they have always been kind to me and my family. They are very fast and treat you with respect. The pharmacists have always been helpful and answered all my questions, even if it took time. Their prices are better than the other pharmacies in town so I dont go anywhere else.

Male pharmacist that wears glasses here must think hes a Dr. He denied my prescription and tried to hold onto it and not give it back. His halfwit pharmtech degree supersedes my long time Dr I guess. He didnt tell me this till keeping me almost an HR I should note
