Ive been using this Walgreens for at least two years. The service is horrible and you always have to wait. Lately I have all physicians to fax prescriptions over to avoid waiting time. But even when the prescriptions are faxed over you still have to wait. When you are waiting, the dont announce that your prescription is ready either. My last experience yesterday was enough! I was with my 5 year old and a baby. I was waiting for a prescription that was faxed over and I ask very kindly to expedite the order. It was a long day for us at the doctors office so everybody was tired. Instead of being understanding they decided to respond with a "robo" response: Our computer says that the waiting time is 20 minutes. So theres nothing we can do...Sorry. Ive had enough, There no other pharmacy that offers worse customer service than this one. Im done. Dont go there!

This place does the best it can with the staff they are allowed to hire. Waiting is simply a part of life, and I think that they are as professional as any pharmacy I have ever visited in my 51 years. Great job Walgreens ;-)

The service here is absolutely slow. You will sit in drive thru for 20 minutes at the min, then at times have to deal with the miserable employees.

I has a issue and the store manager was absolutely wonderful! Definitely made a difference in my experience here.
