Worst customer service at first visit. Went to buy gold coin on akshaya tritiya. there was not much crowd . fat lady who was employee there gave worst look when asked for gold coin. she didnot had much patienced to show coins. disgusting lady. she was waiting for us to pay before she show us coin. people never change their mentality if their far away from motherland. i never recommend any friends of mine to visit this place.

Horrible experience, This shop SCAMS you! It seems like they have a lot of complaints about broken jewelery. As mine broke as well and they just straight up told me they couldnt fix it all. And i would have to trade it in at a much lower price to get a new item. Went to a jewelry repair shop, the guy fixed it for 5 dollars. The owner is a perfect scam artist, i have already complained to authorities. Dont get scammed bro!

These guys are a total rip off. My wife went to buy gold bangles. The owner tried selling her 17 karat as 22 karat gold. We only found out because my brother in law is a jeweler and happened to be with us. We asked for our $3268 back. The owner told us "get lost, all deals are final." . My wife called the cops then she finally budged. Rip off scam artists. Stay away from this place.

Dont even go there....The staff is very rude. We bought a bracelet for our daughter and it broke in six months. When we took it back to repair it we were told all gold jewelery that they sell will break some or other time.. Total rip off....rather go next door....
