My doctor called in a prescription on Wednesday and I called this location the next day at 11:30AM to verify the prescription was ready for pick up. They said they did not have the prescription and that there may have been an "error" in the doctor calling it in. They constantly state their computers are "down" and they cannot check anything. This is not the first time this location has had issues with prescriptions. They are generally rude and dismissive on the phone and have no care what so ever if you get your medication in a timely manner. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE ANY SUBSTANTIVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DRUGS YOU ARE TAKING.

Im not sure about the other reviews on here, maybe it used to be pretty bad, but I really have grown to appreciate this place after having it become my regular pharmacy for the last year. Granted, the aisles can feel a little cramped, and sometimes there are long lines for the pharmacy, but I dont think thats really unique to this place (I experience the longest ones usually around evening rush hour, and thats been the case everywhere Ive lived). I got a flu shot here from an awesome and really nice pharmacist, and Ive had some of the most pleasant interactions with a cashier ever here.

Four or five years ago, a pharmacist here refused to fill a prescription from my sons psychiatrist. The insurance company wouldnt pay because they said it was too soon to refill. Because we were headed out of town, I offered to pay cash. The pharmacist still refused. I went to Rite Aid and have never been back. I recommend Rite Aid on Baltimore Ave. Its cleaner and more attactive, wait times are shorter, and the pharmacists are friendlier.

I agree with the others, the lines are terrible here but the service is worse. They always mess up prescriptions, when they even are able to find them. Im taking my business to Rite Aid instead

Its past store opening time and Im still waiting outside. There seem to be no signs of opening anytime soon. Its currently 8:08 and the store opens at 8am......that is just unacceptable

Absolutely the worst service in the pharmacy. One employee was rude and inattentive. There seems to be a lack of any attention to quality customer service.
