While you can get a prescription filled, it will be painful. There are at least 4 CVS stores in Frederick, MD. This one is the worst. In the last year Ive had two prescriptions filled with less than the proper amount of drugs, both of which have a C (for controlled) in the RX #, one of which was 30 pills instead of 60. Yesterday I used their phone system to refill two prescriptions and gave them a 3 hour window for the requested pick up. Needless to say, when i pulled up 2 hours past the requested time, they had not touched the refill request. I have had numerous other issues as well. In my opinion this store is poorly managed since it was built 5-6 years ago. If theyve only had one manager, I know where Id point the finger. I generally get my RX through the mail, so I dont use them all the time. I wont be depending on them again. If they read this review, things might change.

Not a good one!! Dropped my prescription off on Monday and went to pick them up on Thursday and still had to wait for them to fill the scripts which took another hour. Now Just recently went to pick up my script and was told that they did not carry the med. so They send me to the Jefferson st. store and they told me that it could not be filled because they just filled it at the Patrick st store so I drove all the way back and picked up my script that was filled an hour earler.

This CVS sucks a good friend of mine is a diabetic n did not have a prescription for insulin syringes and in Maryland you do not need a prescription for insulin or the syringes anyway they would not sell them to him n ended up having to go to the hospital just to get his insulin injection because he had never got his insulin from a CVS they would not sell them to him...anyway it pissed me off so I want everyone inuding them to know what the hell he went through.

Ran in at 5:57pm desperate for a prescription. Pharmacy was closing at 6:00, but didnt hesitate to take the extra time to fill my script. Thank you!
