I have used many Walgreen stores at many locations. This location is the WORST. Last year the continued to charge me for prescriptions after my deductible was met. They kept claiming my deductible was $3,500, when it was in fact $2,500. I contacted my insurance company who contacted Walgreens, and Walgreens system always brought up my correct insurance and deductible information. Every other Walgreens location had no problem bringing up the correct insurance information. But this specific location, kept bringing up the wrong information, which has me convinced they were billing my prescriptions to some other persons insurance who had a higher deductible. They also have refused my credit card on multiple occasions saying the card wont work. I have used the card before and after being there and it works fine. So either their employees cant properly use the machines, or they have technical problems. In any case, there are other Walgreens stores in Gurnee, so if you have the opportunity, I HIGHLY recommend going to one of those other locations.

The pharmacy staff isnt careful nor thorough as their job REQUIRES them to be. They shorted me 15 tablets on one of my medications. It also happens to be a controlled medication so I know I wont be able to resolve this easily.. I have filled this same rx at CVS for over a year, but unfortunately the last time they didnt have it in stock so I had to go else where. Big mistake choosing Walgreens...they have now put me in a difficult situation and Im REALLY hoping they will see THIER mistake in this and give me what I am owed (and paid for!). Whatever happens, I know I will NOT be filling any of my medications there anymore. There is no room for any mistakes in any pharmacy setting.

I was getting my passport picture taken and the lady that was helping me seemed annoyed like she didnt want to be there. I couldnt tilt my head the right way and she laughed annoyingly at me because I couldnt get it right. She was very rude to me.

Its only convenient becasue its close, other Than that they cant keep anything in stock. Always discontinuing everything i buy just like the rest of gurnee. Supply and demand is not a thing in gurnee apparently.

Best location!!!. Jeff, in the pharmacy, is great to work with. I always get a smile and a "Hi" all the people there are helpful and agreeable. But occasional on Monday inventory is slower to restocked.
