Seeing the quality decline more and more. Have not been impressed by the products Ive purchased recently. I recently tried to purchase items with a promotion on their site, but after attempting to check out was not able to get the deal. I contacted customer service only to be told that the promotion should not have been on the site and they would not recognize it for me. They have lost this customer for good now.

Nice friendly people. I love that this store cares about fair trade and being environmentally friendly. I also love that they dont test on animals and their products both work and smell wonderful. They also have a great discount card you can buy that will end up saving you big bucks!!! I seriously get $15 off AT LEAST every single time I go in there.
