Jun is amazing! His customer service is excellent. I had a horrible experience Budget Moving Truck Rental on Oxnard. At the last minute, they didnt have a truck for me. ..even though I reserved. The Budget Rental employee wouldnt help. ...wasnt the least bit apologetic. He simply said maybe he would have a trick for me on Sunday. Uh...it was Wednesday. Jun to the rescue! After hearing what happened, he even stayed a few minutes after closing to help me. He is bright, friendly, and very helpful. The truck was clean and in great condition. If youre moving, rent here!
