I love kaiser, I have never had a problem with kaiser or physician at kaiser. But this kaiser has some of the worst physicians, Ive heard and spoken to people where theyre doctors wont give them theyre pain meds, or other med, my doctor talked to me like I didnt have money and even worse for an foot issue that I had he had absolutely no idea about anything that he had to call another doctor over the phone. Do not get Dr. Worku ever!

Website says it is open at 6:15 a.m. got up at 5:00 a.m. to drive across town and fill a prescription before a day trip to Yosemite only to find out it opens at 9:00. Miserable Mothers Day with my back pain. Website still says it is open at 6:15 a.m. Update: Just checked the website and the times have changed to the correct times, youre welcome!

Courteous and efficient. Most of the time I utilize the mobile app to place prescription orders, which are mailed without shipping charges and typically arrive within 7 days. But this place is good if you dont mind waiting.

Great staff. I have no complaint when it comes to the doctors. But the pharmacy takes forever. It always crowded no matter the time.
