A hidden gem and what I like to call The Pride of Mission Viejo. Be careful though, this small spot is hidden and you can miss it altogether -if youre not from around the area. This is worth the drive to eat here and you really have no excuse if you live in South Orange County... Its a mom and pap type store and is just behind a liquor store. Make sure you dont mistake this place with Beach Hut Deli which is rocks throw away. Most people look at Beach Hut and think that it must be a better tasting deli bc it looks nicer. DONT MAKE THAT FOOLISH MISTAKE! Support the local mom and pop and youll be surprised at what this place can churn out and a extremely reasonable and to be quite frank, shocking price. The quality of the food is superb. I highly recommend the pastrami with cheese and jalapenos, which comes with a free donut and drink. Since Im not a huge sugar fan, I always get the plain donut which is pretty good and a unsweetened ice tea. Staff is friendly and knowledgable and pretty much the experts at donuts and deli -which seems like a strange combination until you try it. Its one of those things you just have to experience yourself.

Been going here since high school, nearing 11 years now, for the pastrami sandwhich on wheat ("the jerry") with avo. Not your NY style 99% pastrami 1% everything else sandwhich... Its got balance and a great blend of flavor. Good owners running things forever. A simple donus shop with some nice sandwiches... Nostalgia.

We come here at least twice a month. The food is great! Some of the donuts are as big as my forearm. Always great service, I believe it is family run. I have been coming here for years starting in high school, now we go there as a family. Its a wonderful place. Oh! The ice tea is wonderful! Just like my Mom makes.

Really great people working here with Delicious food and prices. I was pleasantly surprised that their crescent sandwich came with both free drink and donut! so good! I recommend the crescent ham and swiss sandwich for sure.

I find this place to be the Best place on Earth if you want good donuts and good food at an affordable price, and a fair wait time! My dad has come here for years, and ever since he showed me this place, so have I!

Best donuts Ive had. I always go when I make it back to Mission Viejo. Their apple fritters and old fashioned are extremely good.
