Have never been to this location in my life, i am visiting family in this location who have recently lost their home in a fire. Went to rite aid to pick some things up for them. On my way walking out an over weight shorter female employee with dark hair rudely said something along the lines of "Youre not allowed to be inside this store for at least 2 years" maybe she said 3 years, i was kind of in shock as like i stated before, i had never even been to that part of California before in my life and on top of that, she was basically accusing me of being someone that had stolen from the store in front of my family! I was absolutely confused and mortified. Thankfully my family knows this was my first visit ever to Lake Isabella, but reguardless, the rite aid employee was OUT OF LINE. How rude and disrespectful. My family said they will be bringing their business elsewhere from now on after witnessing the disgusting behavior of an employee to a paying CUSTOMER. Ive never felt so humiliated in my life.

The Rite Aid in Lake Isabella CA has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff in the pharmacy is incredibly rude and the pharmacist tries to play doctor by saying when he will fill my prescriptions, even when my Dr gives the ok to fill it a day or so early he refuses and is so rude about it, I am tempted to turn him in for practicing medicine without a license. I am transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The Rite Aid in MA that I used to go to was great but this one is horrible. I honestly dont know how they have anymore customers because of the way they treat people. Its just horrible.

I went to this store about 9am and there were just a hand full of customers at this time. The store was clean and seemed well stocked. I was greeted as I entered the door and was asked once if I could be helped while looking around. The cashier was friendly yet professional.

A couple employee are very rude a day not helpful with helping items. These same employees never smile or say hi, thank you, ha e a great day, did you fid everything. They look and act absolutely miserable.
