They have cool sports gear, and shoes are good pricing, but theres been times Ive walked out and gone to footlocker or sports chalet, staff at the glendale galleria store are so rude especially the girls, attitude adjustments are needed, they need to hire new ppl and a new manager, and they single ppl out. I bought Laker and Dodger gear and decided to return it and went and purchased at Foot Locker.

I placed an order at the store and get sent the wrong shoe. How incompetent can you be when placing an order for a shoe? Dont beg for $15 an hour when you cannot perform an easy low-skilled job.

Staff at Champ Sport in this location is officially the worst Ive encountered with. They give you attitude, they give you the wrong size shoe, the dont talk to you... they talk down to you.

They have Horrible manners, the Staff is juss explicitely the worst!!! Their selection of shoes is great and all but not their customer service, go to footlocker in the mall instead.
