Kim and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell Kim loves what she does for a living because it shows in her genuine care for her customers. Over the past year, I have come to trust Kims advice when I need to compare supplements or have questions about a natural or herbal treatment. Shes more concerned about providing facts rather than pushing the latest fad. Jubilee Naturals has been a tremendous help to me and my family... and their prices are reasonable too! Thank you Kim for your dedication and hard work.

Went in today for a couple jars of The Best honey and Susan helped me. She told me they had a deal and I jumped on that! Kim helped me out of the store, and upon hearing I had other symptoms suggested I try a product complementary. Very grateful for her mindfulness and wisdom! She also mentioned Holly was available for a feet reflexology massage. I said Id try it out for a few minutes; 2 minutes in my headache was gone. I spent 20 minutes with Holly and felt wonderful. I am so glad I went to get honey today. I will be back forsure!

Kim has always been very helpful, and does not act too busy to help her customers (even when it is obvious that she is busy at times). She takes the time to find out exactly what you are looking for and what you need. She treats us like a long lost friend rather than "just another customer." Also, I have appreciated the fact that if she didnt have an answer to something, she would go out of her way to find it. Very helpful. She enjoys her vocation and that is reflected in how she treats her customers.

I walked in looking for a herbal treatment for back pain, and left with a plan for dietary and lifestyle renovation. Kim doesnt care as much about simply treating a symptom as she does fixing the problem. She took the time to be "nosey" and helped get me on the right track. I would absolutely recommend visiting her store!
