This pharmacy is horrid. They lost my prescription and it took 3 days to get it all sorted out with having to call my health care provider and this pharmacy twice. Everytime I call they put me on hold at least two times before getting to me. I have the text alerts that tell me when my prescription is ready and EVEY SINGLE TIME i go in to oick it up they tell me its not ready. I show them my text and they say, "sorry itll only take a few minutes." When I asked to put one of my prescriptions on auto refill it took them EIGHT tries to finally get it on auto refill!! And this prescription was monthly so that means it took them eight months to figure it out. I have recently transferred my prescriptions to another location and have so far been happy with my service. The people at the covington Walgreens pharmacy have a lot to figure out if they want to keep their customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Every single time I have been there I have had to sit there at the window and wait a min of 15 min to even get someone to say anything at all to me. They will all walk by the window and see you sitting there but no one will at least pick up a phone to say "Im sorry some one will be right with u" or anything. Also they dont know how to look up names right they had me calling my doctors office because they couldnt get my name right in the computer after tell them 3 times. WORST WALGREENS EVER.

Primary Pharmacy for 10 years. Always helpful and friendly.They will go out of their way to not only promptly fill a prescription but will also advise you if there is a generic brand available. They will even walk you to the store isle if you can not find an item. Saved many $$$$ with their recommendations and Store Brands.
