This NAPA Auto Parts is a local distribution center. It has more parts in stock than a regular NAPA. Out on the floor they have the normal auto parts stuff, but in the back they have a lot of harder to find parts. It does take a little bit for your parts to get pulled, but nothing ridiculous, usually around 5 minutes. It can get busy, and they take a lot of phone orders so sometimes its a wait. This is my go to place for more unusual parts like gaskets, o-rings, bolts, etc.

What a great bunch, I went in with a piece of drive belt, your crew went above and beyond the call. My mower is now up and running. Eat your heart out local small engine shops (3 of them) napa kicked your grass Again! Thanks napa Bart A. Smith

My experience is horrible. No one ever knows what you need. I spent over 45 minutes in the store and still walked out with nothing. I went to another store and those guys were very knowledgeable I walked out with my part within 5 minutes.

Customer pickup restroom is padlocked. ONE STAR! Ill shop someplace else I guess. In one single interaction all those "get the good stuff" "NAPA know how" ads are invalidated just like that. POOF!
