Worst experience of my life. I paid $300 for an "explosion" of flowers to be delivered to my fiancé for Valentines. After a couple hours, I was talking to my fiancé on the phone, and it was obvious she had not received the flowers. I called back to see what happened - the gentleman on the phone said that unfortunately there was a new driver who left the flowers at the wrong building (I even warned him of this when placing the order, he said not to worry...). He said hed follow up on it via phone (did not even suggest sending someone down there to find them). Then, he said, "I have to be honest, WE SCREWED UP and its OUR fault (okay, so does that mean Ill be refunded??..) Eventually, I had to ruin the entire surprise by telling my fiancé that I had ordered a bunch of Roses to be delivered to her, but that the company said they left it at the wrong building (they even suggested I tell her to go look for them, seriously?). The gentleman didnt even suggest sending someone down there to try to figure out what happened, and finally I just flat-out said "I paid $300, if you want Ill pay you $50 more for gas and time to send someone down there to find it (smh). After digesting the fact that I had paid $300 not just for Roses (I couldve gotten these from my garden) but rather for the experience of surprising my fiancé at her job with Roses (I really wanted it to be a surprise, thats what I paid for), and seeing that I did not get that experience, I called again asking to speak to a manager. They said that the manager would not speak to me on the phone as he was busy with other orders (seriously? I just paid $300! You would think theyd be more quality-driven that quantity-driven, smh). By this time, I was extremely sad and felt that I had gotten cheated out of my money (Im not rich), so I decided that I wasnt going to let this go and I took off of work early to go to the business and speak to the manager in person. After waiting for almost an hour, I was finally taken to his office. At first, he said he did not think it was the companies fault. When I told him that even his own employee said that the company "SCREWED UP and its their fault" he finally started conceding the fact that it was their fault. HOWEVER, he would not give me a refund (he tried to quiet me by offering me more roses or alcohol...I dont even drink SMH). I flat-out said that "look, I paid $300 not for Roses, but for the experience of surprising my fiancé at work, and I did not receive that in any shape or form (what I got was lost wages from work for having to leave early, and what I got was a disappointed fiancé that had to roam around to figure out where her Roses were while she was supposed to be working). Then, he tried bargaining with me. At that point, I realized what kind of company this place was, they couldve tried to make a wrong to a right (eventhough this couldnt be fixed since the experience was ruined) by refunding me my money as I did not receive the experience for which I paid upwards of $300. I told him, "Do what you think youd want done if you were sitting on the other side of the table and you had paid $300 for an experience and got what I just went through" and then I walked out. The next day I checked my credit card statement to see what he charged me - FULL PRICE!. I wasnt going to write my experience on social media, and I was giving them a chance to somewhat make things right by refunding my money, but when I saw what he decided to do, I wanted to make sure that my experience was written in detail on every single social-media platform that I can find. I am heart-broken and extremely hurt by the kind of philosophy this business operates under - they did not care at all about what I had gone through, nor did they want to be accountable for what their own employee described as "we screwed up, plain and simple." I really do hope that everyone else who decides to give their hard-earned money to put a smile on their loved ones face actually gets the experience that I unfortntly did not receive.

Not even worth the one star I gave it! My boyfriend gets me floral arrangements every week, easilt $500 a month and they always last. A friend refered us to myflorist and the flowers were DEAD THE NEXT DAY! since they were guarenteed we traveled back to the shop and they insisted that we did something wrong and that we killed the flowers... I told them he took them straight to my house(I live 10 mins away), put them in the water, gave them flower food and kept them out of direct sunlight. May I repeat, I get flowers every week i know how to take care of them! She called my boyfriend(23year old) a little boy and that was the "owner". Plus I looked at the flowers they were selling and they were dead too! I cannot stress enough how dissappointed and insulted i was when i left the store. I still cannot believe what happened I have never been treated as poorly as they treated us. I guesss too bad for them because I want everyone to know how awful it was. Not only did they sell us pittiful flowers, they insulted us and called us liars.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with this florist. I have been ordering and insisting that people order flowers from them ever since they were Exclusively Roses. I have never in my life received a rose that smelled as heavenly as those that come from this florist. The arrangements are ALWAYS beautiful and I mean BEAUTIFUL and they are always just what I ordered. My grandmother lives in Oklahoma and I can feel her smiling when she calls me to thank me for the flowers that I always send her for "no real reason at all" except because I love her. She always tells me that the flowers, no matter what they are, always make her living room smell so nice and they last a really long time. I have never been disappointed in anything Ive ever sent or received that has come from them! The staff is always so kind and helpful! EVERYBODY should use them! They are my #1 florist! - Michelle Duncan, Frederick Maryland

I am 1000 miles away from this place. I needed flowers placed at a gravesite at Arlington. I called and the floral arrangement came in glass but I need a basket, that was not an issue for them they gladly switched it. The lady asked me the message I wanted and when I broke down in tears she talked me through it and completely understood. I had the total expectation of never seeing the arrangement. I checked my email and by noon they were there and had pictures sent to me from one of the people there. The person made wonderful pictures! I was worried about pricing of flowers at first, but compared to 4 other places and the Arlington florist they were the most reasonably priced with the BEST arrangements of the area. They will be hearing from me again in June, and again this time next year. I absolutely LOVE and recommend these people. They absolutely mean the world to me for what they have done for me.
