I dont review much, but the experience here was comical. Went in there this evening to look for a specific liqueur as a gift this holiday and was met with a what seemed like a nice staff at first. I asked one of the employees and he said I dont think we have it but let me look. 5 minutes later we turned around and he was back to stocking shelfs.... ok? So we asked one of the clerks and he asked us the name of the beverage 5 times and said they dont carry it but we stumbled around the store aimlessly looking anyways and we asked him if we could see if another ABC store has it per there inventory system (unfortunately we have done this many times). He is clueless and then asked the same employee we originally dealt with how we could locate it. Employee didnt have a clue that he just talked with us and then said "yeah let me figure this out, Ill be right back in 10-15 minutes." The clerk just turns around and walks away as well. Well alrighty then. One of the nicest interiors of an ABC store but the one in the town of Leesburg is much better service wise. We called that store and they had exactly what we were looking for, told them the story we had here and they said its not the first time theyve had fallout customers of theirs for this reason.

Would rank a zero with my experience today. I was checking out with two bottles of CRU from Trump vineyard when the cashier asked me if I was looking for any other local wines? That struck me as an odd question but I said no, these were recommended to me by a friend. The cashier then tells me that he recommends I throw them in the garbage. I played dumb and asked why. He then explained he was not a fan of President Trump. I said, seriously, your gonna tell me to throw these bottles in the garbage because you dont like him. I explained many people were unhappy with the last 8 years when he then blamed this on George Bush. I found this completely unacceptable behavior as a buying customer just looking to buy wine for a birthday party. This was my first time visiting this store and will be my last. Why does politics have to force is way into every darn conversation.

The store manager is very rude, we were in the store with a huge order and just needed 5 minutes after six oclock. We asked him and he said you have to pay and leave now. He could be more respectful and nice, but he wasnt. Never want to come back there again. However, the employees are always nice and helpful except the manager.

Average prices but crappy service. We walked in before they closed, and were greeted with a rude "you guys have 5 minutes!" The same gentlman was very abrupt and rude while checking us out. We were in the store for all of 2 minutes, but obviously not fast enough for the cashier..

Horrible customer service from Devin., Assoc manager. My husband and I got no welcome, can I help you find anything or even a hello when we went to check out. I said "Hi Devin" so he had to speak to me. When he was done ringing me out I got a "Here you go" No thank you

The older Caucasian gentleman with the grey hair is AWESOME. hes always really nice, and today he was really understanding when I forgot my card at home. And all the other employees are really nice too!
