Horrible customer service. No one is ever at the front and you have to wait at least 10 min for someone to even talk to. Also the Piercer Heather claims she can help you after you received a piercing from her. I went in there a few times after she pierced my nose, to purchase new and change out my jewelry. I waited 30 min. for them to tell me..... Oh, I dont know where she went and I dont know when shell be back... completely unprofessional. So I literally went down the street to Rock Steady Tatoo. I seen Kale and it was a much more pleasant experience. He had a way bigger selection on all body jewlery and he was very educated about what he does!! I will never ever go to Folk City AGAIN. Just because they have good artists there is not an excuse to treat repeat customers bad. My husband is no longer getting his ink there, Their customer service was such a BAD experience that I tell everyone I know. Pass it on....

Came to Folk City and told them I wanted to half sleeve out my Phoenix tattoo and they told me Dan was the guy to see. Dan took my ideas for my half sleeve and ran with it and it came out beautiful. Still have to go back to get the shading and color done but Dans line work was crisp and emmaculate. Definitely will recommend this place to anybody who wants some fresh ink

I came in with a picture I found on Pinterest. I made an appointment with Shaun, and after he drew it all out, I decided I didnt like it (and it was way out of my budget). He was so helpful and commandeering; didnt get pissed off or annoyed with me or anything. We went with just one big rose with beautiful shading and he really hooked me up with the price. I love it.

Logan Shermeyer is the man when it comes to American Traditional! He has done a great job on all of my tattoos and even fixed one of my tattoos and made it look 10x better. Professional staff and each artist has their own area. I love Folk City and trust them with their professional opinion.. highly recommended. Fair prices. Great people.

The best tattoo shop that I ever had tattoos done. Very customer service oriented. Mike Cann is the most artistic and very professional tattoer that I ever met. With that, pretty much 80% of my tattoos on my body was done by Mike. Will sure to return for more. I highly recommend him to families and friends.

One word...amazing! I work with Shaun every time I come in and hes the best! Hes done multiple tattoos for me and even a tricky cover up and I wouldnt trust anyone else! He knows how picky I am and rolls with it. Love these guys!

The interior is exciting! I never had anything done here, but the front of shop is top-notch. Music was a bit loud when I went to ask some questions... I dont speak that loudly, but I also shouldnt have to strain to hear.
