If I could give less stars I would. Me and my friends are heading to Maryland on a road trip and decide to stop at this starbucks for some refreshments. There was no line, empty drive thru and barely anyone inside. Just 4 people, only 4 drinks not so complicated right?...sigh. Had to repeat our orders twice with one person. When they were having a hard time someone else took over. We had to repeat our order and correct her almost 3-4 times. We ended up waiting half an hour for 4 drinks (nothing complicated just from menu). On top of everything one of my friends drink (strawberry frapp) had caramel taste in it from another drink. This was just horrible. Never going here again.

Visited Saturday and Sunday on 4th of July weekend. Saturdays mocha tasted slightly minty (made poorly) and took us over 10 minutes in the drive thru to get (slow service as the line wasnt very long). On Sunday we went inside. Wait time was, again, too long and we could clearly see why. The "team" seems clueless from register to espresso machine. My mocha was much hotter than standard and soley tasted burnt. Ive been ordering the same drink for almost 10 years, so you can trust me when I say, theyre doing it all wrong. Costumer service also very poor. Management needs to do a better job to solve this.

Waffle Cone Carmel Frappuccino tasted like complete carmel syrup and a little bit of milk absolutely disgusted. Tasted like they just poured a whole bottle of syrup in the cup!!!(Feel absolutely stupid for not making it a small instead of a large now!)

The breakfast sandwich was good, my coffee was yummy but someone needs to clean the windows and floor something terrible! Theres trash, dust and food stuck to the floors and the furniture could also stand a good cleaning.

Clean, cheerful, and friendly. The drinks may take a few minutes if its crowded, especially if you walk in. I dont do drive-in, so I cant rate that side. So take this into account if youre in a hurry and theres a line.

Iced White Chocolate Mocha is great! They make really good drinks as long as you order straight off the menu. Not so good if you want something special. Breakfast sandwiches are good but pricey.

I didnt order any food so i dont know about this one but my coffee was good. it took a while to get though because the person making it liked to talk more then work.

Though pretty pricey and sometimes feels rushed, i havent found anything wrong with the coffees or food. A good place to start the day off
