PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I left a phone and an i pad to be fixed. Both items where supposed to be picked up 3 days later but where not ready. When I asked for my items back, I was accused of theft. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAD REMOVED SOME PARTS FROM MY PHONE. I had never had such an experience before. I found out later from talking to other customers that they notorious for disrespecting customers when they dont do the job. I also found out that the bulk of the repairs is actually outsourced to another business. I am surprised that they actually have up to 4 stars on yelp as I met other customers that were dissatisfied with them. I hardly write reviews, especially negative ones but when ive had a terrible experience with a place of business, I feel the need to warn others. They are so many other better and trustworthy options around the Harwin area for phone repaired and accessories. Please stay away for your sanity. Beware of any review that praises this business. They have 1 star rating on BBB and many negative reviews from other customers.

My wifes samsung phone was getting very hot when charging and after a few minutes use. We checked with service provider and they advised we needed a new phone. I saw Gadget MD Cell Phone repair next to Starbucks in Conroe and decided to see if they could help. Dillon, the manager/technical very quickly said he thought it was a battery issue and would order a new battery for it. Battery came the next day, he replaced the old one and the phone works perfectly with no overheating. Pleasant, nice people. I recommend them!

By far the best repair store with the best service in conroe and woodlands areas. So glad I was referred to gadget MD from Tmobile instead of having to fork up another 600 bucks to buy a new phone. The gadget MD guys repaired my water damage/ cracked screen phone and saved me tons of money and headaches of buying a new one !! I will definitely be using there services from now and will be sure to recommend them to anyone I know . Thanks so much Gadget MD you guys are true Rock Stars !!

Very friendly people with reasonable pricing. Although the location wasnt even opened, they offered to help either way. He personally took our phone to a different location to get it repaired so that we wouldnt have to drive all the way over there. He also promised to have it by one day and even got it to us a day before, couldnt have been happier. Would definitely come here again if I had to.

Please, DO NOT GO into that store. The "owner" forced me to pay for a Fidget Spinner 15 dollars, just because my son (3 years old) touched the box from the counter. The owner was very crude & arrogant. Saying that he will not be able to sale that Fidget Spinner anymore. I wounder how long he will be in business with this POOR & immoral costumer service.

Took my iphone in to have the charging port replaced. Received it back in an hour. I then had an issue with the phones antenna and they cleaned it out, re-adjusted it, and now have it working perfectly and didnt charge me extra. Great staff, very friendly, and worth every penny.
