I called Saturday and spoke with Jarvis... he was available around the time I wanted to come in to get my work done. He was awesome, I explained to him what I wanted done both for me and my boyfriend, and when we got there he had already drew my boyfriends tattoo up for him and I had the papers for him to do mine with me. He was excellent I am very very pleased with the work that I got done and will def be going back for more work.... I think I have finally found my favorite artist to go to. The atmosphere at Synergy is awesome. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I am extremely satisfied and happy about my new tattoo... It is exactly what I wanted... I dont think I could be any more excited to go back and get more work done... :) Thank you everybody at Synergy it was an awesome experience... I will for sure be telling everybody to come to your shop and will be coming back for more work myself... :)

Ive gotten tattoos from both Bean at the Kingston Pike/Bearden location and Voodoo at the Downtown location. Both artists and locations were awesome and clean. I am especially impressed with how much time, energy, and care Voodoo put into the tattoo he did for me. Its simply beautiful and perfect! He was extremely professional and courteous and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Beans work is wonderful as well, he just did a tiny tattoo for me so I cant speak to his large, complicated work, but Im sure its great! My friend got a huge custom piece from him that is gorgeous. All in all, I highly recommend this shop for your tattoo needs!

First time at synergy and it was awesome! My husband and I decided to get new tattoos for our anniversary and they were so cool with it that Cari moved her station into Beans rooms just so we could stay together! The art work was amazing! And they were so nice; made us so comfortable and we just talked and laughed. It was great! We will definitely be going back! Recommend to anyone looking for a great shop!

This is an amazing shop ran by great people.One of the guys that did three cover-ups on me moved to another shop,but I have also had tattoos done by voodoo who is a awesome artist who truly listens and doesnt overcharge .You can tell people here truly love their craft .Cricket is an old friend and also tattooing here now and looking forward to having her add to my collection .I always send people here .

I was really apprehensive about getting another tattoo since my first experience was so awful but Cricket was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable, even asking my taste in music so that she could make sure my atmosphere was relaxed! We chatted through the entire process and she explained each step she took and why she was doing so. I love my newest addition and I cant wait to go back for more!!

I hate trying out new shops/artists but the owner of the shop completely amazed me in the work of art he did on me. He did me and my father matching tattoos and they turned out absolutely amazing. He added color to one of my old tattoos and really went over and beyond that. Definitely a new favorite shop for me. They take care of their customers!

Absolutely SATISFIED... I got 2 tattoos done by Mike, hes an awesome very talented tattooer. I would get my next tattoo there for sure. Fyi all the artists there are friendly and open minded Prices: theyre not cheap but if your getting a tattoo you dont want nothing cheap. (trust me) Ask for Mike, he is gooooood

Called ahead to see if they had availability to come in. They said, "Yes!" We went in, sat there for 15 minutes (all 3 people seeing us) and noone acknowledged our presence or greeted us. Someone came in after us and was warmly greeted and taken back. Never felt more unwelcomed in my life! We just left.
