I had a great experience with the Darling Dress. The shop is beautiful and the quality and selection of dresses is awesome. I had a dress in mind going in and found out that it was coming in in the next month, so I waited. It was so worth the wait. I also had 9 of my bridesmaids order their dresses there too. I wanted all different colors and styles and Tori was so excited to help me coordinate a color scheme and help the girls find a style that best suited them. The dresses looked stunning together and everyone loved them. Their seamstress, Joyce, is amazing as well. My dress came out perfect, even Joyce was impressed with herself. I also ordered my veil there as well. Tori was great with keeping me in the loop when everyones dresses arrived and was easy to work with. I highly recommend the darling dress instead of going out of town to find trendy, modern wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses, nothing compares around here!

Went with my sister for the first time looking at dresses. The owner was the only one in the shop at the day and we went on a very off time - 3pm on a Thursday to make sure we had enough time to look for dresses. No one else was in the store and the owner had been helping me try on dresses. About 10 minutes into the appointment girls came in to pick up dresses and she went to help them right away, which I understood, but she never came back to help me with the dresses. After trying on four more dresses she asked how many more Id want and told me that I would need to wrap it up. There was no one else in the store except for a woman browsing the jewelry. Super off putting for my first experience wedding dress shopping. Pretty gowns, but small selection and unpleasant owner.

Owner very rude. Felt bad for her sales girl. Had bridal appointment with my daughter this past Saturday, only comment from owner was how many dresses do you still have to try on- we only allow 1 hour appointment- you can come in for a return appointment. We were ready to buy. She rushed us out the door. ."

Very displeased with their customer service, they ordered me a dress 4 sizes to big and I made 3 calls to make a fitting appointment with no return call at all. Other bridesmaids from the wedding Im in also had a bad experience. I would not recommend any brides to bring their wedding party there.

Beautiful store. Quality selection of dresses. Friendly, helpful & attentive staff. A rare find in this area. This is the first dress store I will recommend to any future brides.
