WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED I bought a dresser at this thrift store reluctantly because, although the dresser was exactly what I was looking for, the staff here are AWFUL! Theres a tall red-head woman that runs the counter. She wears way too much makeup and is super IMPOLITE! She was rude when we purchased the dresser and ruder when we came to pick it up. She said it was unbelievable we came back to pick it up without any "man-power." She groaned when she felt like she had to help us and tried to get the dresser on her dolly cart with a freaking flat tire. Plus, she was wearing 5-inch heels! Once she did, she said "ugh this is too heavy! Im not dealing with it." and just took the dolly and walked away. Guess what! My mom and I brought our own dolly from home and had no problem getting the dresser out of the door and into the car. I was furious with this woman thinking that it was okay to treat customers so disrespectfully. She acts like it is below her to even be working here. If you see her, avoid her at all costs!!

Dishonest staff. I purchased a Dansk dish set at St. Marys Thrift last week. One of the dinner plates was chipped, so after I paid full price for the set, I asked them to throw away the chipped piece. When I went back to the store later in the week, the dinner plate was priced at $5 with black marker covering the chipped spot. This is completely dishonest, non-Christian behavior. Bad form. Seriously bad form.

Love this Thrift Shop. Travel there a few times annually from New York because I love it that much!! A few friends and I look so forward to shopping there. We find such great things, whether clothing or other items. Phenomenal items at phenomenal prices! Excellent merchandise in very good conditions.

Beyond rude and ignorant. Called to see if they had a specific item. Did anyone bother to look? No, I was told to come in and look for myself. Worst customer service ice ever encountered. Will never shop here
